The website says they close at 12am. But if you pull up at 11:28pm they will turn the lights out as if no one is home. This place sucks. Should be shut down.

This use to be my go to place to eat. I could have Taco bell every day. That's why it hurts me to say in the past couple of months I have been disappointed. It's always something when I go there. Especially one particular employee. As soon as I walked in I asked if he could break $100 bill & he shook his head. So I proceeded to order. When I tried to pay he tells me he can't brake a hundred. He don't have enough in the register. I said what? U literally just told me you could. And OMG the attitude I got. It wasn't necessarily that he was rude. He just acted like he didn't care. Like he didn't even want to be there & basically argued with me & kept on asking if I had anything smaller, & constantly suggesting that I could pay with a credit or debit card & again with the asking if I had anything smaller. Dude I already said I didn't. Unless you want a bunch of loose coins to go through & separate... Or u could just take this 100 that you said you would take. To begin with. By this time I was getting pissed until I realized I was letting this little punk get to me. I should've just asked to see the manager to but I didn't & I take responsibility for this. Please Taco Bell, please stop hiring these little kids with attitudes that hate there job. Very disappointing. I was going to skip this review cauese the there's no 0 or 1/2 star option. Taco Bell please don't hire anymore bad attitude teenage punks. Please. I want my Taco Bell back

Now I know why the rating is so bad here. The guy working the drive-through was very rude. He told me to pull around to the door. After 20 minutes, I went in and they completely forgot to make my order. Didn’t offer me anything for the mix up or wait. Clearly this location needs help and an adjustment. I highly recommend driving to a different location.
Also, I waited ANOTHER 10 minutes inside. I ordered the Luxe Box. Tortilla chips were we wet and soggy, the roll ups were fair, And the Chalupa wasn’t even that full. I barely ever write reviews, but I was supposed to be beyond pissed, I had to.

WHY WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE CUSTOMERS?? So I just went through the drive through and first of all I had been sitting there waiting on somebody to take my order for a minute finally a person with the worst attitude comes on the speaker just very rude then I get to the window he’s even more rude I asked for fire sauce he acted like he couldn’t hear me I came inside and he wouldn’t even acknowledge me Taco Bell do better this location sucks food was okay other but service 0/10

Understand me when I say, I grew up on KFC. Food is alright, when the rite chicken is in stock. The customer service is horrible, i understand it gets hard in fast food. To the point that I’ll wait for good food. But, when I’m the only car in line and an empty store. There is no reason to be met with attitude and to feel unwanted by the employees. I took my money and went elsewhere. Do not pay at a location if the staff makes you not feel wanted or appreciated.

If I could give this store a zero I would, every time I come here they close early!!!!! Very unprofessional!!!!!! How does it say they close at 1:00am on the drive thru menu! Google says 12am sometimes they close a hour or 2 hours before closing time and refuse to take orders!!!!! Shut this place down! And they ALWAYYYYS GET MY ORDER WRONG!!!!! Come here way too much due to them being one of the few places by my home! Claim they were only taking pickup and delivery orders and then proceeded to not speak to me on the mic after asking how can I place a pickup order! Place needs new management and employees because if the manager is ok with what’s going on I can only imagine what they allow inside the store! Bad representation of Taco Bell/Kfc!!!!!

I went in today and change my order 13 taco for a Doritos loco but when I got home I still got the regular taco that the order 13 comes with. I was very dissatisfied since don’t like this taco and paid extra for this very same reason

The cashier was warm and friendly. The receipt would not print. Not much of big deal. The store manager (guessing) was swamped. He didn't try to get my receipt. I had to wait longer than expected. The Man after me got his food before me finally after 10 minutes I got my food a crunch wrap and taco combo.
Another incident I witnessed was misunderstanding between a customer and manager. The customer was not given the right amount of chicken. Then it was the pieces he did like. He ended up getting extra Chicken.

This place has fallen off. If you're lucky enough to get a receipt, check it - there's probably a charge for the KFC Foundation that the person taking your order didn't mention.
The Taco Bell a couple miles north in Norcross is good, so is the next one a few miles south in Stone Mountain. Avoid this one.

I dont know why I go back hoping it will be better . First order in months, shorted a order pf potato wedges. The taco shells tasted stale, quesadilla was made wrong, and out of taco sauce we wanted. This used to be a great taco bell, but has not been in years.
