Ordered at 10:50; delivery driver was told by employees at 11:45 that they would not make the order because it arrived after they stopped accepting orders. For clarity: the store officially accepted the delivery order at 10:50pm and later decided to not make it after we waited an hour.

I wish i could give zero stars. This is the worst experience that i ever went through at a food place. I was in the drive thru and the staff, a lady said we should wait for 10mins for them to take the order. We waited 20mins just to go back again to them saying that tacobell is closed. On top of that they were so rudeee.The worst experience ever. Please dont go to this place 0/10 dont recommend at all.
Food was horrible. Soggy "crunchy" tacos with slimy lettuce. And my soda was only syrup, no carbonation.

I arrived at 11:15 am and wanted go inside for my meal, but the doors where locked so I did the drive thru. I sat there for 5 minutes and no one said anything so I drove around to see that there where multiple people just standing around. I asked are they not open and she said yes we are. I proceeded to pull back around to the speaker and I placed my order. After waiting for 10 minutes, the lady said the card reader doesn't work and wanted to ring me up at the front or have me come inside. At this point I let her know I already tried to come inside but the doors where locked. Her response was, we where not open yet. I then asked her what time was it supposed to be open and she responded, we where just not open... this place is under very poor management and very unorganized. The lady was nice enough, but the poor management definitely needs to be addressed.

The service here is always lackadaisical. The food prep is inconsistent, and I can't imagine conforms to any corporate standard. All shells seem to be stale. My guess is ownership and management are human garbage only looking after their short term profit margin.

The worst service… I go through the drive-through nobody says anything so I say hello and a lady tells me that they’re in the middle of shift change and if I want to order food I have to come inside-ok, so I park and go inside. I ordered three meals for my family and I, and one of the meals she charged as a single taco-I only realized after I had paid. The way she was looking At me and talking to me, made me feel scared to ask her to please change it to the meal. She looked like she was in a rush to get everyone out. I had asked her if she charged a meal or just a taco, she said just the taco & asked for the next person in line. The whole time she’s putting in my order she’s having a whole conversation with someone else, which is probably why she didn’t hear my order correctly. So I go to the back of the line and wait my turn again to change the order to the meal. When it was my turn, instead of charging me for the meal price, she charged me everything separate. Again, I was too scared to even say anything because I felt like this was definitely the kind of place that may contaminate my food if the workers feel bothered enough. They had no lids for the cups and put no sauce in my bag so unfortunately I had to ask for the lids and the sauce and I say unfortunately because again, I feel like they’re going to get pissed off. When I left, they gave me a very sarcastic wave goodbye as if they wanted me to just leave or were making fun. The customer service, Needless to say, was horrible as nobody should ever feel intimidated to place an order at a restaurant or to ask for anything pertaining their meal. The lady who attended to me, was wearing a black button up shirt with white stripes, and a gold necklace and the other lady was was wearing her uniform and long hair pulled back. They probably don’t wear name tags on purpose as I have the feeling that they try to run that store however, they want. Just weird energy all around in that store. When I got home, I realized that both of the tacos were not the tacos that I ordered. I ordered the chicken cantina taco meal and they gave me two regular beef tacos. -_-

This is the worse taco bell i have seen. we order food and we paid extra for chicken instead of beef and still we didn't get the right order and we ask for to replace it They did not even replace my order which i paid for it.
I complain to main office but the lady say i will get an email or someone will give me a call and that is also never happened.No wonder business is going down

Rather eclectic in the atmosphere. The service was great, the food had the same ingredients and prep as normal. It served its purpose for a quick bite before a meeting.

Health department needs to shut them down immediately. I literally was about to eat and their was a fried roach fried inside of the food. I was like is that a roach...looked around my bowl and found a fried roach egg inside of the bowl....my stomach turned a thousand times....because I had just finished eating 3 tacos...They had no choice but to give me a refund and I will be calling the health dept and taco bell corporate. This is absolutely unacceptable and should be illegal to serve people food with a side of roaches. I wouldnt be surprised if they have rats...im done eating out...i have been truly traumatized and will seek legal counsel for emotional distress....shut this place down!!!!!!Eat at your own risk!!!!
The dirtiest, slowest and customer ignorant location. A female employee was smoking a joint in front of the entrance at the time when customers were waiting for the orders. Prices in the receipt are higher than on the posters, for example Big CheezIt box posted price is $8.99, but in the receipt the price is $9.19+taxes.

Horrible wait times, randomly closes 20+ minutes early, will try to make their metrics better by having you pull through and then wait for your order.best of all, they won't get your order right most of the time. I don't think I have ever been to a worse taco bell.

By far, the worst one I've ever been to! The supervisor, or manager, or whoever he was, was severely lacking in any kind of customer service! He strolled up to the counter, with no greeting whatsoever and near inaudibly asked, "What can I get you?". I ordered then asked to use the bathroom. My cup was placed on the counter and left to fall, where it was still laying when I returned. I was mostly ignored except for the employee who let me into the restroom, who, to my surprise, actually said, rather cheefully, "You're welcome!" When I thank them! The restroom itself was horrible! It smelled worse than a Marta bathroom! Acidic piss! And to top it all off, the fries were cold. So, bad customer service, smelly restroom, and mid food. Why would I ever spend money here again? Trick question! I'm definitely not ever going to!

The little amount of rice in my burrito was hard and crunchy. Fries were undercooked. Also, everything is at least .50 cents more expensive than other locations in the area.
