The cashier was warm and friendly. The receipt would not print. Not much of big deal. The store manager (guessing) was swamped. He didn't try to get my receipt. I had to wait longer than expected. The Man after me got his food before me finally after 10 minutes I got my food a crunch wrap and taco combo.
Another incident I witnessed was misunderstanding between a customer and manager. The customer was not given the right amount of chicken. Then it was the pieces he did like. He ended up getting extra Chicken.

This place has fallen off. If you're lucky enough to get a receipt, check it - there's probably a charge for the KFC Foundation that the person taking your order didn't mention.
The Taco Bell a couple miles north in Norcross is good, so is the next one a few miles south in Stone Mountain. Avoid this one.

I dont know why I go back hoping it will be better . First order in months, shorted a order pf potato wedges. The taco shells tasted stale, quesadilla was made wrong, and out of taco sauce we wanted. This used to be a great taco bell, but has not been in years.

I ordered a 12 taco party pack. $20.99 on both the menu outside and inside. I get my receipt and I'm charged $23.99 for supreme. The person working the register states that he has no access to make any refunds or adjustments and continues to tell me, while looking directly at the menu, that he's not familiar with their prices and I'll have to come back tomorrow to speak to the general manager. Tacos are not supreme but basic as I ordered and even the supreme on the menu is posted as $26.99 not $23.99. No assistance, no compensation. If you're going to run a business please make sure you have the right pricing and people in place because it's really giving SCAM. And the food is crap!

Do not come to this location. Such a waste of time. Drive thru took an hour and the food tasted horrible. They prepared the food wrong (ordered something they gave us something different), the guy taking the order had no idea what he was doing, and the food that came out right literally tasted horrible. There's a lingering disgusting flavor in my mouth that I can't get rid of. Can't believe I just wasted an hour and ten bucks on this crap. I would try to get my money back but I doubt the staff is competent enough to process that transaction and it's not worth my time. Beyond frustrating.

Store consistently closed hours before closing time, told multiple times they're only taking Uber eats / Door Dash orders.
First, 10:55 on a Saturday night (when closing was 1am), they stated they weren’t taking orders at the store- only uber eats orders.
Second, 11:30 for lunch on Sunday, their system was down so unable to take orders again.
This store is consistently closing early and having slow service.

I ordered a number 11, chicken cantina taco combo. I have no idea what they gave me. There was no one else in line, or at the store, so this has to be my order. I got 2 shattered beef tacos with what tastes like buffalo sauce on them. They’re kind of spicy and sweet! It’s disgusting. Why bother, just go somewhere else.
