I got plain and mild wings and all i was able to taste was oil. The fries didn't look or taste as good as I was told. Staff was very nice though

They have a great team working there on the weekends the sweet young lady who waited on me was so helpful I all most for my blue cheese dressing she deserves a increase in pay and the food was awesome the Tucker location is the best in the Dekalb county!Parking: Good location

Employees at this location acknowledge you when you walk in and thank you. Customer service isn't hard. Food is ready when I arrive and it's great almost every time. Order is accurate and food is HOT. I come here at least once a week and only once the food wasn't as great as I'm use to. Loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee the Voodoo fries.

I like Wingstop and I rarely go because all the ones I go to are so dirty and the staff are rude. However I tried this one and it’s truly a gem. Clean restaurant, and very nice gentleman at the front (with the dreads) Pleasantly took my order over the phone and when I arrived was just as pleasant. Food was great! I thought I ordered 10 wings and there was only 8 but maybe I am mistaken. Either way great experience ?

The staff here is exceptional. From management to everyone working so hard to get everyone’s order out in a timely fashion. Running an incredibly smooth operation especially for the Super Bowl where everywhere is chaotic. Order was perfect. Wings crispy and hot at pick up time. They’re wonderful during the week on a random day but I was incredibly impressed with their Super Bowl large order process.

I’m writing this because I was really pleased with the customer service given on January 1st around 10:45-11 PM. This location was short on bone-in wings, but they offered what they had available to accommodate customers. I think some patrons unnecessarily gave the employees a hard time and were a little rude. I don’t think those customers really considered that it’s late at night, and there’s a chance that supply gets limited at that time (especially on a holiday weekend). Nonetheless, the employees were still kind and did what they could. The wait time was quick, and the food was still hot and delicious! I believe it’s important to thank employees for this kind of service in the midst of dealing with issues.

I must say, this location actually gets your food to you when they say they will. If it takes 23-26 minutes on the app when ordering, that is true timing. You may want to arrive a couple minutes ahead of time and you’ll see that it’s been made fresh to order. The customer service could be a bit better, but overall, as a restaurant they’re better than some of the other locations when it comes to getting food orders correct and having it out to you on time!

This management is beyond anybody understanding, ordered 20 pc wings fries and corns, they gave me wrong order, called them to get my refund, after accepting the mistake she does not want to refund my money, and asked me to save the food and bring it back anytime in a week, until than this guyzz will keep my money and food, after making mistake they will still dictate us to do what they want. manager must be hired with thrift store experience.

So, I tried the new Chicken Sandwich combo at W.S tried it in lemon pepper because I know their lemon pepper flavor is the best around.So I get the combo which came with the sandwich, fries, blue chz or ranch and a regular drink cost approximately $8.64 tax included. The one thing I love is you can get the sandwich in any of there many flavors. The sandwich was very crispy and full of flavor, absolutely loved it. However, the cons are, the chicken was thin, the bread was very thick, actually seems a little too thick for the thin chicken, and unfortunately extremely greasy???. However the staff was nice and everything was very fresh n hot.Kid-friendliness: They sale, chicken wings, tenders, and boneless wings along with fries.

I wish i didn't have to give a star. Ordered 2 piece thigh in garlic parmesan and well let's just say they were not that. The pics posted is exactly what I got and there was not sauce on the thighs instead in the bag. I don't understand what the rush was for I sat for 30 min for this order? Never again!!!!Takeout: Yes

Ordered a 30 piece classic with 3 flavors. Garlic parm, lemon pepper and honey bbq. These were the worst wings ever. Bland and over cooked. They were so tough you could hardly chew them. The skin was as tough as leather. The only reason the honey bbq was decent was because it was covered in bbq sauce.

First time at a wing stop. I got the Mango Habanero bone in wings. There were only 2 people in the store so distancing was not an issue. They made my wings and sent me on my way.
