I ordered food from this place and it's disgusting never again. I ordered online and when I called to see how long it would be the lady on the phone said it's on the way and hung up in my face. I will never order from here again just plan nasty

Terrible. We ordered the vegetable fried rice spicy which taste like it was fried in old grease, burnt taste. Never again, the only reason we went there is because Main Moon was closed. Lesson: Read the reviews first.

We paid 45.00 for DeliveryThe lemon pepper wings were disgusting ,fried in old grease and the wings were blood shot and brown on the bone with no taste at all and it doesn’t taste like chicken and the blue cheese dressing was horrible as wellI will never order this ever again or eat anything from here

I don’t know why their reviews are so bad. Their food is awesome! They give you soooo much food, you will definitely have left overs. The food is fresh, delicious and they will even deliver to you in the hood when a lot of food companies won’t. They don’t care where you live! They are rude and impersonal, but I don’t think they can help it…. It is just a cultural difference why they speak that way to their customers.

Really deserves negative stars. We went to Netherworld November 5. I was the only one who didn’t eat the other 5 did. It took about 15 minutes for all their food to come out and when it did the rice looked like it was made days before. Some of the food looked like a rat on a stick. All one person ate was ONE EGG ROLL. Everyone has been getting bad sick since they ate it. They have been in and out of the bathroom. This place needs to be shut down. Don’t waste your money here.

I wish I could truly give this place no stars. Me and my friends went here after netherworld last night November 5th 2022 and their was no one in site to be seen. We go in and all order and the food took about 15/20 to get everyone’s food. When we all received our food we took a look at the when we got into the car. One persons chicken looked like you cut and threw a rat onto a stick and the taste was horrible. The river for all the others tasted like it was days old. Very crunchy, bland, no flavor. The only thing that was tolerable was the prepackaged sauce you get at every Chinese restaurant. We all have been in and out of the bathrooms. We will never go back. People please do not waste your money here.

Unsure how this place stays in business. The food here is not edible. Chicken lo mein was very bland as was the shrimp fried rice. Hardly any shrimp. Lady working there was rude and will rush you out some nasty old under cooked food out just to get rid of you.DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!! These people need to go out of business so that some new owners can take over and prepare the food properly..

Call to place a order, they delivered to me before. She told me to come in and get it. Told that I don't have a car, that is why I ordered delivery. She said No very Rude and she Hung up on me.. Never will order from there again!!!

Yesterday I ordered a 8 piece braised wing with fries the wings were freezer burned black in the inside with dried blood on the bones the sauce tasted horrible I called to tell the cashier up front she was rude but told me to bring in food I brought food back and she snatched the bag out of my hand and slammed money on the counter I will NEVERRRRRRR COME BACK IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD

The lady taking the order over the phone was extremely rude. I ordered sesame beef, which she said the had, but sesame chicken was delivered. When I called back she told me it was beef and I needed to taste the food, then she hung up in my face.

I ordered the crab rangoon the teriyaki chicken and the whole four piece chicken wing and the prices for the first two were correct from the menu but the price for the for chicken wings by themself was $6.30 when on the menu is only $5.80 plus the total on my receipt was scratched out and wrote In

If you want high quality Chinese food, this is NOT the place. However, if you want Chinese food at below market prices, this IS the place to go. These people work like they're in sweat shops in the back to brings us meals. It's lower quality but hey if you're broke & want chinese food, it'll do & it won't kill you either.

I love this restaurant.the food is so good.my food was hot when the delivery guy brought it to us.my husband enjoyed his food and I did to.i definitely would recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.
