Fish and Chips at Tucker Brewery

I’d heard great things about the fish and chips at Tucker Brewery, so I had to try it for myself. I ordered two takeout portions—and I’m glad I did!

Having had fish and chips in England, I have a pretty solid sense of how it should taste. Tucker Brewery’s version easily lands in my top five. The fish was massive, with a crisp, flavorful batter and tender inside. The portions were so generous, we ended up enjoying leftovers the next day.

The chips were just okay—decent, but clearly the frozen kind. Fresh-cut would take this dish to the next level. Still, the overall experience was excellent.

I’m thrilled to have found a local spot that does one of my favorite foods so well. Definitely recommend the fish and chips here—and their beer selection is fantastic too!

When you can’t have a conversation with people at your table without shouting, turn down the volume of your band. They should contribute to the ambiance, not take it over. Won’t be back and won’t recommend it for others

Awesome brews...you must try the crispy sauerkraut bites, they masterfully combined several delicious flavors perfectly in a morsel.🍻🍺

We always have a good time. We showed up at opening with quite a large party and sort of took over the inside seating. Staff accommodated us well and brought food out quickly. Courtney was our server and was friendly, attentive and patient. The other female staff gave our party the impression they were irritated we were there.

A Hidden Gem for Beer Lovers and Outdoor Fun!

Tucker Brewing Company is an absolute hidden gem on the Atlanta beer scene! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the relaxed, welcoming vibe — it’s the perfect spot to kick back, enjoy outstanding craft beer, and soak up good times with friends.

The outdoor beer garden is truly one of the highlights: it's spacious, family-friendly, and filled with beautiful greenery, string lights, and plenty of seating. It feels like a little escape right outside the city — whether you're coming for a casual afternoon or a lively evening under the stars, the atmosphere is always spot-on.

As for the beer: phenomenal. Tucker Brewing specializes in German-style lagers and pilsners, and they do it better than just about anyone around. The Tucker Lager and the Southern Heaven Helles are absolute standouts — crisp, refreshing, and perfectly brewed. You can tell the craftsmanship and care that go into every pour.

On top of that, the food menu is fantastic too — classic beer garden fare with a twist, perfect for pairing with their brews. And the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready with a great recommendation based on your taste.

Whether you’re a serious craft beer enthusiast or just looking for a fun, laid-back hangout, Tucker Brewing Company is a must-visit.
Great beer, great food, great people, and an unbeatable outdoor space — it’s everything you want in a brewery experience!

Tucked away within the industrial area of city, this spot is a unique brewery (+food).

The interior is laid back, featuring garage style doors to open the place up, and Biergarten outback offers shaded picnic tables, a stage for live music, corn hole, and I’m sure features lots more. German vibe, with various brew styles for everyone . Logan (bartender) was informative with menu + suggestions. We got the burger + bratwurst with flights! PS get the beer cheese! Food was alright, we’ll come back to try again (buns were slightly over crispy- but brews were a home run.

Visited this place at a recommendation of a friend and I have to say this place for me is a DO NOT recommend,. Food was average yet overpriced, atmosphere was Screamo music, which just about drove me from the beautiful setting this place does have going for it. The free beer coupon was not honored due to their system being down, which was puzzling to say the least. The sad thing about this place is the potential and the waste. It is run like a college bar that is not in a college bar town. We will not be returning.

Nestled in an unassuming nook of Tucker this gem of a place sits. Offering some local brews all of all strengths and some well thought out appetizers, and meal options. If you are looking for a brewery where you feel like they aren’t judging you or pretentious but offer great service, quality food and beer and a variety of local music. Wear your jeans or dress it up they will serve you the same. My Mormon 75 and 74 year old parents who don’t even drink alcohol went to support #Greg SullivanKellerWilliams can food drive and said the food was so good and enjoyed the bottomless water #tuckerbrewing had available. This venue is great for everyone of all ages this isn’t our first time there but I’m happy to say it has stayed consistent in its quality of food, service and brews.

Like the beer hours are inconsistent I tried to drop by to grab 6 pack but the door was locked just about 20 mins before closing so wasted the drive to the secluded warehouse district my Publix stopped carrying the beer so thought I’d grab so at the actual place

Excellent beer, huge outdoor beer garden, decent food too. I'm not a fan of places that don't take cash. Plus, our two 10oz beers were $19, a bit pricey. I had the fish and chip and it was excellent; couldn't eat it all.
