To have such a simple order and have it messed up is insane. I ordered a Texas cheesesteak on wheat add a fried egg. The server had to ask my order multiple times and then had to come back and ask me did I want the fried egg on the sandwich. Sandwich not cut in half egg was an over medium egg with the yolk running clearly not what I ordered.

Literally got sick after eating a waffle. It must've been old batter or the waffle maker was not clean. Zero stars! I am still waiting for my stomach to readjust. Smh, never again for this location.

We placed a to go order at 121pm... Adkins 2:03pm we noticed quite a handful of people come and go when they also placed to go orders. We asked the guy and he said the way their system is set up is that they have turn calling out their orders and the worker before him has 2 orders but then had a few more orders come in and she called those before he could call his order. I've never experienced this system or slowness before and this system is idiotic. He apologized but we waited 1 hour for something that usually takes 15 min. I will be talking to corporate next week because this system is either made up or needs to go away because it makes absolutely no sense. If this is something you need to limit your order to 2 and not 5 or more and have folks waiting for over an hour for freaking fast food on Christmas day!

After a long day of running around, I stopped in hoping to sit down and enjoy some waffles. There were no signs indicating that dining in wasn’t allowed, and as far as I know, it’s still a restaurant—so I expected to be able to eat inside.
I ordered the following: • Cinnamon Toast Waffle • Plain Waffle • Plain Grits • Raisin Toast
$16.75+$1.68+$1.68+$1.24 Totalling $20.11
The cook was impressively fast—my food was ready in under five minutes. However, I wasn’t informed ahead of time about a $1.68 service charge and an additional $1.68 to-go fee, which I only discovered after paying and receiving my receipt. On top of that, I ordered cinnamon raisin toast but was given plain buttered toast instead.
For travelers or anyone simply looking for a quick sit-down meal, it’s frustrating to find out after arriving that you can’t dine in. Had I known beforehand, I honestly wouldn’t have stopped here.
Overall, the food was great, but the service and communication definitely need improvement.

I’m visiting from out of town and the first day I was here the food was good and servers were friendly. Today was here for breakfast and my partner and I saw a giant roach crawling across the floor and there were ants crawling under and along the sides of the table. The service was alright, but the roaches and ants ruined this experience for me. In addition to this, the establishment isn’t clean down to the bathrooms and tables. Won’t be returning.
