They need to do better with service. One server had the cook doing most of the work and the other server was so out in the clouds, i had to keep repeating my order and she act like she didn't know what i was talking about when i was ordering. Thanks to the cook who took our order, made the food, and brought it to us.

Just eh. Place definitely needed a scrub. Table was dirty but not sure it could have been cleaned. Service was poor but the food got to the table somehow.

Went here this morning go a Togo order was all wrong and missing an item. Called the location and it's all automated couldn't speak to some one. Ordered grits got hash browns. For no toaste as per menu. Disappointed and would like to be compensated for the order on next visit cost was 18.00 on a take out with no tip even which was different from just the day before same order she did the math on a calculator which concerned me as well. See picture below. I through the entire order in the trash where it belonged.
This is the first time EVER I didn't tip. Waitress was worthless, had to ask for drinks, she sat and ate the whole time. Terrible attitude and customer service was non-existent. Would NEVER eat here again.

The management staff must address this location immediately. There are individuals standing around, chatting and talking on their phones with earphones in their ears. I will not hesitate to report this to the FDA. This Waffle House is absolutely unacceptable.

The overnight crew is the best! Idk who is on the grill but when I say she made sure my double back on Texas cheesesteak with double hash browns smothereved covered and capped with love , it was with full of love the best I have had at 4 in the morning
