Ken (server) and Danny (the Rockstar grill master) were amazing. Best Waffle House we’ve ever been to. On a family vacation and have visited here twice. Food cooked PERFECTLY by Danny. Super friendly service from Ken. She’s super nice!

Walked in this evening and placed my order. Server didn't call it to the cook correctly so it came out wrong. Got hashbrowns instead of grits in a bowl, got dark toast with extra butter instead of grilled toast and bacon was burnt instead of well. I don't know the server and cook were high, but Something wasn't right about those 2. Decided to go to a different WH and received great food and quality service.

This is the fourth time my order was wrong every time i order here. Missing food so I know it's not just one person but management or they just don't care. At this point I'm wasting money going my to get my order fixed. It will be the 3rd time today if I go back and ask for the sausage I paid for. Won't be going back to this location again. People were nice though.

Waffle House is... Well, it's Waffle House! If you go there expecting a 4 course prime rib dinner, you are going to be disappointed. The food is simple and well-prepared and their waffles are pretty incredible!As for this particular location, I have been here on several occasions during different shifts and the service has been prompt with little to no fuss. The overnight crew is my favorite and there is one cook on day shift (I can't remember his name but he's been a WaHo cook for decades) that pumps out some of their best meals!I can't get enough of their "diced, capped. and covered" hashbrowns (get it in a bowl with double diced chicken and thank me later)!The restaurant is kept relatively clean. HOWEVER, on a couple occasions, I've changed seats because the table or counter wasn't wiped down after the previous customer... AND, on one occasion, I had a roach try to share my space at the counter!!Even with the shortcomings, I still recommend Waffle House - especially when you are hungry (late at night) and on a budget.Parking at this location is easy and you can still find a decent spot when they are busy!Parking: Always easy to find a great spot!
The customer service was great. The food was okay. They got our order wrong but made it right quickly. I barely ever prefer to dine in as it's always so uncomfortably cold to enjoy my meal, and it makes the food get cold too quickly.

Arrived there at 8pm Christmas Eve. We were told they were “closed” and cleaning the grill. They also told us that we could either go to another location or wait in the car until the next shift arrives in an hour. Oh and When we pulled up the two employees were outside smoking and they went inside and started “cleaning” I realize everyone wants to be with their family on a holiday. But Waffle House is 24/7 365 days a year.

Great food great energy! We love the African waitress can’t remember her name. She was so sweet with great energy! We always go to this location every time we come to Atlanta! Talk about fast we never waited more than 10 mins for our food. The whole staff are in tune with each other. They work very hard to provide great customer service and a great dining experience.
