I had a real issue with how things were handled during my visit. The server was made to cook my food while the actual grill op was outside on break, even though she’s clearly not the one hired or trained for that role. I didn’t feel comfortable with that, I wanted the person being paid to cook to actually do it. When I brought it up, the grill op got defensive and told me I shouldn’t complain since I was “still getting my food.” Meanwhile, she’s doing his job for less pay. That’s unfair to her and unprofessional all around.

Walked in there, my family and I sat down, and one of the employees told us, it will be a waiting period I mentioned it was fine she said there was 2 people infront of of i still said yes that’s fine she then proceeds if not we can’t stay or leave since she was the only server I still said THATS FINE. My family and I tried to avoid how uncomfortable she made us feel and no matter how tired you are you don’t talk to people that way, we were understanding to her but she was just rude. We went to another Waffle house, where probably the food and environment tastes better than here.

Amazing experience everytime I go there! Great staff and Management and very on point with the orders.
This has been my WaffleHome for about 8 years. My husband and I come in hungover about 3 times a year. The waitresses are like angels, blessing us with coffee, water, and good food. The service is always fast and friendly. And, the bathrooms have always been clean and well stocked. They never mess up my eggs.

The lady that works the 2:15 pm shift (visit on 1/6/25) it’s extremely rude as hell, it was so that I was terrified to even ask her for more coffee. As customers were arriving she responded to them; that other customers were ahead of you. Oompa loompa lady …yes that’s her …please get rid her

The customer service is so bad, me and my family walked in and waited for 20 mins to be attended and not a single employee came over to take our order, they were all busy chatting. Mind you there wasn’t even much people there. Avoid this location, go somewhere else.
