The customer service is so bad, me and my family walked in and waited for 20 mins to be attended and not a single employee came over to take our order, they were all busy chatting. Mind you there wasn’t even much people there. Avoid this location, go somewhere else.

This is unacceptable, 29 mins on a light brown waffle. Then the audacity of the server to laugh when asked about the order as she replies she forgot. $8 for terrible service for 1 waffle. Literally the entire restaurant was served and orders taken while waiting on one waffle. Not even so much as an apology or refund. Just trash.

Be Careful. The employees of this Waffle House will overcharge you to make additional money in tips. I understand that fees are automatically added to To-Go orders. However, additional charges may come in the form of an included item. You will almost pay triple the amount of your tip. It's a small increase but noticeable. I know people are struggling, but this is wrong. It has happened to me three times. My receipts were never itemized. Third time is my lesson. They won't see me again. Be Careful.

I come in here at times before work because it is about 5 mins from the job. I usually encounter 3 women, not the most customer service oriented. But I have have the pleasure of Lucas taking my order twice in a week. ANd his customer serice is impeccable. He is very pleasant and polite. I don't mind tipping him . Need more ppl like him. Oh and the blond low cut lady greeted me this am as well.

Warning. The other night 13 October 2024 at 4:40 AM my friend was charged $617.83 tip on a $28.50 meal. I find it hard to believe that this was an accident or an isolated incident.

When we just walked in the employee told us to sit on the left side of the restaurant (which I don’t usually see at other Waffle House). When the employee took our order my mom was smiling and greeting her but she had no response. The food had a weird smell and the toast was burned.
Ill just say avoid this WAFFLE HOUSE LOCATION.Gave me possibly old hash browns and barely gave me any this what it looks like before I could take a bite not to mention they didnt give me any silverware so i literally couldn't take a bite if i wanted to The waffle was probably sitting for a bit too smh lesson learned just go to IHOP or a location in like sandy springs on the nicer side of town.

Bad service, no one wanted to take the order. They looked at each other and when we asked who could take our order. Honestly the worst Waffle House of all, since we have eaten at others and it has been very pleasant. Here the food was burnt, the eggs were overcooked, the bacon was burnt. Here we do not enjoy the food, much less the attention.
