Ordered my food online, drove 10 minutes to get there, sat in the parking lot for an additional 10 minutes only to go inside and wait another 20 minutes. Food was good, but coming from a Chef's point of view, the time was unacceptable

I don't know how these places continue doing business, especially this one, they have bad service, they treat you as if you need more than the business, if they continue like this they will end up like Burger K, Kristsl, Tacabell and it's not that the food is cheap

It's really 0 stars. 3rd time going here. My order has had missing food every single time. I wish to support local businesses but this waffle house never gets my to go order right. Idk what's going on here, but they need to get it together. When I come, there's 5 people or less dining. Why am I missing bacon to go but the people dining in are getting extras for free? I watched a man, dining in, get extra bacon with his meal, and the waitress told him, "It's on us", but I get mine to go, get home, and I get an all star with not one piece of meat. I already know someone is going to say, "you should've checked your order before you left." No, it should've been correct. It's not busy in there. There's 2 cooks and 5 people inside. 3 already eating. I'm 1 of 2 customers waiting for a to go plate. Give me what I ordered.

Saturday August 3rd around 4am, I walked in the RESTAURANT, proceeded to sit at the bar/counter to look at the menu, before I even had a chance too the manager on duty asked if it was for here or to go. I answered her of course "to go" she rudely replied "to go orders are taken at the register" I replied "I need to look at the menu first, if you don't mind!" After that she didn't even offer me any coffee or water while I waited.... I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone period!!!!

After leaving The plasma facility this afternoon me and my fiance decided to eat here before heading home - food was delicious - and Ben our server was very attentive - upon paying for our meal I passed out and was awoken by my fiance and ben - God put people in your life at the right time ?? - He made sure I was ok - Made sure I didn't need ambulance help and was fine to walk out to door on my own - provided me with cool towels and cold water - Keep me alert and reassuring me that I was going to be alright

Took forever got suppose to come at 11:01 but got it at 11:20 I order it at 10:39 and went inside the store and waited and I didn’t even get what I paid for 3x eggs and my grits was more watery ,eggs were at least 1 need my money or something
