Ordered my food online, drove 10 minutes to get there, sat in the parking lot for an additional 10 minutes only to go inside and wait another 20 minutes. Food was good, but coming from a Chef's point of view, the time was unacceptable
After leaving The plasma facility this afternoon me and my fiance decided to eat here before heading home - food was delicious - and Ben our server was very attentive - upon paying for our meal I passed out and was awoken by my fiance and ben - God put people in your life at the right time ?? - He made sure I was ok - Made sure I didn't need ambulance help and was fine to walk out to door on my own - provided me with cool towels and cold water - Keep me alert and reassuring...
One of top Waffle House locations, with no closings, or times when restaurant switches to pickup-only due to not having staff coverage. Staff operates at a high level in terms of cleanliness, service, and professionalism.
