This is the worst Wing stop, l have ever been too. Sorry no good workers talking on the cellphone, not taking customer orders. This place needs to close down. Food is garbage

Hello everyone, me and my family came to this location on our route home. When we arrived inside, there were associates , engaging in conversations that was more important than us. So we finally got there attention, but notice the young man was on his phone in the kitchen area. He was trying to prepare our food with his phone in his hand which was Disturbing. We told the cashier and he immediately to the guy to put his phone up, but he refused to do so. The cashier washed his hand and prepared our food while the guy still had his phone in his hand in the kitchen. I’m saddened to know that this is going on but I want you guys to know. I need for corporate to reach out as soon as POSSIBLE!!!

Horrible, bad service. Today I made 3 orders, one of which was chicken wings, but it turns out they gave me bones and the flavors were different, which I never asked for. I do not recommend.

Do not place orders ahead because if you are stuck in traffic and have a flat tire during your pick up ,the manager and her co capital (male cook) will not remake the order (food cold in all) and she says no refund store policy,, I don't eat meat but my 16 yr old who ordered it does and her friend..this place is wack and so is the manager..we even got into it , because you can accommodate one or the other without over the phone attachments...no I'll come in the store to see why and what's store policy..the only one who had customer service was the new lady brought in on the register..never again do I care to give this establishment my money , and hopefully everyone else does ..because they are all getting like this ...sad

My family and I walked into this establishment on this evening to a welcoming and bright smile by the host Ms. Shy. Shy was extremely friendly and vibrant. After a long day of work for me and my family. It was much needed and appreciated!! I will definitely return back in hopes to coming back to this beautiful smile by Mrs. Shy. This has been the best customer service in year's.

Thank you to Divante at this location! Very pleasant and made my food PERFECT!! This is only my second time at this location and the first time was perfect and this time was just the same! Not all locations are good and I’ve told people to come to THIS location if you want your food done right!

Came in first time Nov 2 with my Mom. 4-5 workers on duty the guy working the cash register with toothpick in mouth. Slow as pond water. 4 people waiting 1st customer took like 20 minutes to order. 2nd same thing a lot of conversation and not enough business. He even walked to the back and I think the cook came back telling him the order would take 30 minutes. Conversation continued I just left . Will never go back again . Very very slow staff I’m amazed they stay in business.
