This was my first time at this location and I won't be back. I waited 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich and some Cajun corn. I watched the employee wear gloves and proceed to scratch his face, dig in his pockets, go outside and come back in and never change his gloves. I finally had to ask him to change his gloves before he prepared my food. Did I mention that the food inspector was there? The employee was not moved and continued to engage in unsanitary practices.

Order at 6:50 and didn’t receive pick up order until 7:50. There was only two people working with a long line of people with online orders. Recieved my order with whole 10 piece missing and 5 piece missing. I know it’s not the workers fault they were overwhelmed but have more people working or something. Had no way to complain except a review.

Customer service is great. Folks are friendly. My issue is I've ordered the same thing 3x in one week and each time it was incorrect. Please contact the Roswell location if training is needed. I always specify flats and well done and I always get not flats and almost raw chicken. Please help me!!@ i love wing stop and I live 5 minutes away. Please take the time to read and cook order correctly. Thank you!!

Food is great whenever you actually get it. Unfortunately this is the closest Wingstop to my house and they are just CONSTANTLY getting orders wrong, then two different times now I have called afterwards to let them know something was wrong and both times they put me on hold for over half an hour. I call back no answer. I have to go drive to the store to even to get them to talk to me. I pay the delivery fee and the tip and I still end of having to drive there to get my order.

This was by far the cleanest and nicest location I have been too, it’s hard to find decent customer service at any wingstop in Atlanta but they were great and the food tasted how it’s supposed
I don’t go to wing stop often because most times the crew is always rude and stores be dirty but today I went to the one in Tucker the staff was super nice and it was clean even the bathroom and it’s the first one I’ve been to and they Actully make there tea so yes I will return to this

I ordered the cajun chicken sandwich combo It was marginal and almost forgettable... the price was almost cheap and that was the best part. The cook was overwhelmed and came out and told me it would be a 45 minute wait as he had many orders to fill with door dashers and ubereats. I appreciated that he explained the wait before I paid in advance. I didn't feel like finding another spot to eat at 8pm at night so I gave it try anyway.The parking is just terrible and tight.But I will return to try the wings, just not for dinner. Maybe lunch is less stressful on the staff.

We ordered 3 weeks ago for carry out. When we got home they had given us wings with the wrong sauce, not included dipping sauce, and put cheese on a plain order of fries. I called the store and they graciously offered a remake. I told her I could not come get it that day and it might be a few weeks. I called 3 weeks later for my remake. The person who identified themselves as the GM took an attitude and asked me if I realized that I had waited 3 weeks, with the insinuation that she would not remake my order. While I can overlook a mistake on the food, being treated poorly by management is unacceptable.
