Way too many people getting shot over here. I would not come here to even shop next-door to Family Dollar. You never know when somebody’s going to get shot it was recently a shooting. Every year it seems to be shooting going on over there.

Y’all don’t you ever go here. One guy offered to take me to his trap house. Shootings reported in parking lot. I came back a few years later to find nothing has changed. Same dingy environment. People bringing outside food. Speaking volumes. We ordered two bmf drinks around 3 pm and it came up to $17. Where??? Not in this dump. Try again. Not an inviting environment at all. I wouldn’t trust the food based on the dingy look.
The atmosphere is cool and chill but patrons are thieves. Someone stole my phone and tried to request money from my cash app. Please go with friends because they allow anyone in there to do certain stuff inside the club and also on the outside. Nice because they close location and my bartender was great but they will allow people to steal from you.

Wooden Nickel was a nice spot people, get atmosphere & they had a live DJ Saturday night, who was getting the crowd all together!! I didn't get to try the food/drinks tho since I was there celebrating a friend's bday.

As usual wooden nickel pub serves a delicious hot wing selection. This last time that I went, I ordered the wings to be extra crispy, half-lemon pepper and half-hot as well as some just extra crispy and hot. Their wing sauce is fantastic and they make it in-house, or so I've been told by the staff. I love the fact that they stopped allowing smoking indoors, because it makes the place so much more tolerable. The decor and everything is lacking, the ambience is divvy, but they got it where it counts- customer service, drinks, and wings. Wanna do some competitive card games? Want to chill with friends and have a few? Something's they do live music too. The Wooden Nickel is just as integral to my community as the Mr. Cues II. If you haven't been, get out there!

Smokey, tired, run down ‘70s dive bar. The smoke odor is off the charts. Very nice bartender Nikki. Don’t go unless you’re planning to get absolutely plastered, and are prepared to burn your clothes and shoes when you arrive home. Otherwise a fascinating look back at our dingy bar past.
