Constantly forgetting sauces in the bag, when either asking at the microphone, order window, or placing an online order. Today, particularly was a bad experience when i placed an online order for pickup in the drive thru at 5pm, I showed up 1 minute before the order was supposed to be ready (my bad) but I was also the only car in the line at that time. I was told that I was “early” and it was not ready yet. not a big deal. they ask me to pull forward. It was one nibblerz meal btw. for the next 17 minutes that I sat at the orange cone, 12 cars made it through the drivethru and off with their order. Finally, they had pulled another car forward to park behind me. It was another two minutes before someone came out with my order and the order for the car behind me and my meal was lukewarm at best. This experience was incredibly disheartening as I am also pregnant. I do not expect michelin start service from a fast food place, but things like this seem to happen a lot at this particular location or maybe just to me. I am always kind, forgiving, and gracious, but seriously it gets to a point…

People are always professional at Zaxbys and someone is always cleaning tables, sweeping, and such. Their restrooms are always clean. The food was delicious like always.

I ordered a combo plate of wing and things today 10/30/2025. The boneless wings was very clod. The flour coat on the wings was hard to chew on. Something for the chicken fingers, it taste, looks, and feel like they had been putted back frying multiple times. Also everything was extremely salty. The worst I paid $14.03 for that meal and I couldn't enjoy it at all. The store location need some update. From the outside, the store look likes it was closed. Help maintain Zaxbys! Gives us please, please fresch food. And go easy on the amount of salt in everything. Thank you for the understanding and cooperation Zaxbys.

They absolutely suck if you want your food done correctly. I’ve tried this place 3 times and everytime they got my order wrong from the food to the size. Wrong drink and size, wrong size fry, wrong entree, just everything wrong. The cashiers are too busy on their phones to make sure they’re giving the customer the correct order. If I could give it a 0 I would. Don’t come here

Don't go to this zaxbys unless you want to be talked to like scum. Also dont go to this zaxbys if you have a trailer behind your vehicle. There is no where for you to park. But if you do find some way to park they will tell you to move cause your taking up to much space. The food was nasty and gross. The tenders weren't fully cooked. The wings were swimming in juice and they have never swam in juice before.

For starters, Zaxbys was one of my first jobs. We go to this location every few months. Tonight we went through the drive thru to get food. Most DEFINITELY can tell the food was refried… they had us wait for a good while (6 people working) we get home realize the bag is lighter than normal.. they forgot a whole order (yes, our fault for not looking).
My fiancé went back to get his sandwich, waited 20 minutes.. mind you there is 6 people working in there.(he went inside this time) I’ve worked for zaxbys before, It does NOT take that long. Very disappointed, would not recommend and most definitely will be calling the health inspector.

First they brought me half my order and asked me am I sure if I ordered the other half. Then I had to show them and had them looking crazy. Then I get my full order and I get no utensils for my salad and no straw for my drink. Trash service.smh

This place used to be outstanding. I’m guessing there’s been a management change because it is horrible now. It’s filthy on the inside. The tables are dirty and the drink machine does not get cleaned. The same bright colored syrup stains that were on it Monday were still there on Friday. The guy in the gray shirt(I’m guessing manager) and the guy with the pink hair were to busy smoking directly outside the front door to come inside and help out during a rush. There were employees behind the counter and other people waiting to order but not a single person acknowledged any of us so we walked out. The food is no good anymore either. Cold hard fries, dried out chicken fingers and pathetic little wings are the new normal. Please bring back the old manager, I want some good zaxbys, not this garbage.

The staff was attentive to ensure timely delivery of my food. Cooked well and served warm.
