The so-called “assistant store manager” on duty at 4:38 pm, September 2nd, was a complete disaster. Short, dark-skinned, with black dreads caked in white mildew buildup around her sideburns and forehead — she’s the face of everything wrong with this location. She personally told me to come back for a refund, acknowledged it, and invited me back. Yet when I showed up, she flipped it into attitude, asking if I wanted a refund or to have it remade — when I had already made it crystal clear: I was there for my refund.
When I asked her for her manager’s name, she got visibly annoyed, flat-out ignored me five times, and only after I pressed did she finally give me a name. Standing right next to her the whole time was another manager — a slim, dark-skinned woman with a short haircut — who just stood there, condoning the unprofessionalism instead of stepping in.
The disrespect, the filth, the attitude — this is what customers get here. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this location.

Whoever was taking orders was very rude and sounded annoyed while taking our order. We could hear her talking about our order while we were paying. On the other hand, Girl with glasses at window was nice and friendly. Order was wrong because she was rushing us to order and raising her voice.

Whoever is taking orders, younger lady, is rude with a lot of attitude for no reason. Orders and requests are apart of your job scope, I am unsure why you have to be rude and dismissive for order requests st the drive through.
SIDE NOTE: The lady who gave me my order was very nice and respectable.

This is the second time I have been to this location and my order was short. It makes sense why there is never a line when I drive by. Why would any staff think I want to pay $19.00 for 5 wings?? This is just a pattern I don't wish to continue.

On the evening of 7/8/25 we visited thru the Drive thru and attending was Shamarria. When the vehicle in front of me was placing his order, I immediately noticed she was rude. Thinking maybe it was just the customer and she wouldn’t be rude when it was our turn, nope! She was still rude. Raising her voice.
If you don’t feel like working in the food service/customer service industry, GO HOME! Straighten out your attitude. Don’t just show up for the paycheck!
That’s the difference between Chic-Fil-A & Zaxbys. I should’ve listened to my husband and stuck with chicFila that evening.
Our order was wrong, and she failed to return my credit card-which I locked right away. With her attitude, I wouldn’t put it passed her to try and use it.
Im surprised a Manager-if one was present that night, didn’t check her attitude.
