Went at the hwy 74 location in Tyrone Ga 30290 located in Publix complex….. wanted to get 10 pc wings and large fries amount quoted was 11.79 and 4.99 something didn’t look right so I checked the menu and the prices were lower when I asked the cashier she said they were older one and had older price ….. that’s false and misleading advertisement…. When I checked the price on digital menu inside the store it still was cheaper and I asked her to honor the price that was marketed …. Cashier was polite and called the owner CHONG HO and she wanted to speak to me and I asked him to honor what he marketed…. EXTREMELY RUDE GUY THIS ARE BIS WORDS”DO U WANT TO BUY OR NOT OR DONT BUY THEN”. It’s almost like he is doing us a favor by having a store there…. A dollar wasn’t the issue his bad temperament and attitude was

I really love the girls at American Deli, they always nice, helpful, and sweet. I just feel bad cause they don’t get no real breaks, gotta eat behind the register like that’s crazy, almost feel like some child labor law stuff. But that one with the neck tattoos and long lashes? She rude.

I can't believe this place is still open. Food was dry and hard. Wings are extremely small for the price. I see why I stopped eating here. The wings got smaller & the prices got bigger. I should've went to JJ's never again tho 😒

Little girls work at the front cashier . Eating in front of customers terrible management. Tables dirty there on there phones very nasty attitude so many different young kids working in the front.Worst American Deli I ever went to.

Each time I visit the floor is ALWAYS DIRTY and the cashier is on their phone!!! They need to stop cell phone usage at register. Last month I asked the cashier to please wipe the tables off
They make the delivery driver's fix our drinks. They are always wrong and never sealed. DON'T GET DRINKS FROM HERE. I FOUND SOMETHING FLOATING IN MY CUP AFTER IT WAS DELIVERED.

Don’t give this business your money until they change staffing. Bad attitude female with the fly away lashes is very rude. If you’re a business your employees should always reflect professionalism. I canceled my order because of her and just walked out. Please do better.

Let me say my grandson and I love AD. I’ve been going to AD for years when they first opened in South Dekalb Mall in the 90’s. I thought since I live down this way I would give them a try. I opened the box to check my LPW and was floored! I was ready to call the ASPCA on AD! These wings were so tiny with absolutely no meat it was ridiculous. It’s insulting. I’m not sure if tariffs hit the chicken wing industry or not but I would have rather them say they didn’t have any wings. Paying $20 for these chicks I felt like they stole my money. Wings from this particular AD IS A NO NO! This is your warning🥴

I ordered food thru Doordash. I called to let them no the food was unsatisfactory.The young lady on the phone told me to bring the food back. I had to ride 15 min to the establishment. The wings were fried so hard the meat would not come of the bone. The fries were undercooked. The Philly looked ok, but the fact that I had to drive back to the establishment to remake my order. No compensation considering I paid more thru Doordash and voided the purpose of delivery. Then the young lady ask if I wanted to keep my Philly.Why would I do that?If you said bring my order back for remake. There was NO MANAGEMENT in this establishment but teenagers that did soeak NO ENGLISH so it made since why the quality was horrible.
