I made a pick up order, and forgot to grab my 2 liter (my fault I was in a rush cause it's cold) and they got out in the cold and still drove my 2 liter to my house for me.

There’s always something wrong with my orders at this location. But this time, and im sure this is more on the delivery driver, but my entire pizza was clearly dropped or thrown at some point before getting to me. And I let them keep the change as a tip. I’ve tried to call the store to resolve this issue, but voicemail 2 times. Definitely want my money back. This is terrible

They got that good za! Extra barbecue sauce, mushroom, anchovi, jalapeño, bacon from Canada, and banana peppers is a must try!!! Better ingredients, better pizza, papa johns

ordered some late night pizza. it had a lot of onions but it was delicious and hittt. employees i spoke to were super nice and the wait wasn’t long. hope the night shift employees have a great night

I've ordered from this Papa Johns 3 times in the 2 years I've lived here. The first time the pizza was good. The second time the order was an hour late and cold. I tried them again tonight (7/18/25) and the order was 15 minutes late and lukewarm. I'm done.

I recall missing garlic sauce 2nd time as a shame and afterwards promised a free pizza as a goodwill gesture as deserving it. I better have this promise followed up on.

Horrible how around 7:43 pm on june 11, I put on hold for 10 min with nobody answering calls as pathetic! Seriously there needs to be someone answering calls at the location when in the message they say someone will take care of us soon.

They don’t use gloves

I ordered for delivery from papa johns located 105 St. Steven's Court, Tyrone. I am disabled and the driver didn't allow me time to get to the door. He rang the bell and left my food on the ground. I called and spoke with someone who claimed they were the GM and Manager by the name of Chevy, and he was very nonchalant and didn't care! I will be contacting the district manager Brooke!

Unfortunately, this is the second time I have received poor quality pizza from the Tyrone GA location. The pizza dough tasted like it was frozen. The dough didn’t puff up it cooked flat just like was pressed into the pan. They forgot one of the toppings I ordered. Food is too expensive today not to get what you ordered. This bake shop needs serious quality control and experienced managers because the teenagers that are cooking are not producing quality food! I want a refund!
