Papa Johns Pizza

ordered some late night pizza. it had a lot of onions but it was delicious and hittt. employees i spoke to were super nice and the wait wasn’t long. hope the night shift employees have a great night

I've ordered from this Papa Johns 3 times in the 2 years I've lived here. The first time the pizza was good. The second time the order was an hour late and cold. I tried them again tonight (7/18/25) and the order was 15 minutes late and lukewarm. I'm done.

I recall missing garlic sauce 2nd time as a shame and afterwards promised a free pizza as a goodwill gesture as deserving it. I better have this promise followed up on.

Horrible how around 7:43 pm on june 11, I put on hold for 10 min with nobody answering calls as pathetic! Seriously there needs to be someone answering calls at the location when in the message they say someone will take care of us soon.

They don’t use gloves

I ordered for delivery from papa johns located 105 St. Steven's Court, Tyrone. I am disabled and the driver didn't allow me time to get to the door. He rang the bell and left my food on the ground. I called and spoke with someone who claimed they were the GM and Manager by the name of Chevy, and he was very nonchalant and didn't care! I will be contacting the district manager Brooke!

Unfortunately, this is the second time I have received poor quality pizza from the Tyrone GA location. The pizza dough tasted like it was frozen. The dough didn’t puff up it cooked flat just like was pressed into the pan. They forgot one of the toppings I ordered. Food is too expensive today not to get what you ordered. This bake shop needs serious quality control and experienced managers because the teenagers that are cooking are not producing quality food! I want a refund!

I ordered delivery to a truck stop where we were parked in a semi. Although we ordered buffalo wings and got bbq, I'm still giving this location a good rating. The food was hot and very tasty and our delivery man, Desmond, was very nice and respectful. Good job guys! *** side note- the bbq wings were just as good as the buffalo?

I bought a pizza with buffalo wings a a desert. I didn’t get the pizza, called to let them know, they didn’t send me a pizza, I called again and they said I had to buy a new pizza, called a third time and they hung up on me.

Haven’t had PapaJohns in about 2 years since I’ve been out of Country. Came home to visit and the first thing I wanted was papajohns. They didn’t disappoint. Used to order from here a lot when I lived in PTC. The Tyrone store seemed to be better imo and it’s the closest to my address for delivery. Anyway.
I forget that PapaJohns isn’t stingy in the cheese like Dominos and Pizza Hut so I ordered extra cheese for one of them. I’m a big cheese lover. Pizzas were nice and Warm. Although it did seem like the jalapeños weren’t baked into the pizza but thrown on the pizza after the fact. However, I just really wanted this pizza before I leave back out of the U.S. delivery driver was a really nice lady. I was shocked that they no longer bring the receipts to sign for credit cards. Thought I’d add my tip after delivery but thankfully has cash. Even when the driver thought I wasn’t able to tip, she was super nice about it telling me that it wasn’t a problem. Great service. Great nostalgia.
