Not the best customer service. Often put on hold for 10 + minutes when placing a to go order and then they forget about you. Often out of ribs and other menu items. Food quality is inconsistent. I used to visit often but probably won’t be back based on recent experiences.

I did a pick up order and started eating before I could take a picture. Ordered the brisket and I’ve never had a brisket so tender , it literally melts in your mouth. The food is fresh and they are busy so expect some waits.

I came here yesterday for the 1st time. I got the 1/2 chicken (BBQ), with greens and mac and cheese…..the chicken was soo delicious cooked to perfection. Juicy, hot, fresh. The greens was delicious as well. The Mac and cheese wasn’t all that good. The corn bread was no tasteful either. It was dry I was struggling chewing it and trying to swallow it. My meal didn’t come with a drink unless they just didn’t give me one. So that was a shock for the price you pay.
But I will try this place again

Customer service is horrible.. literally wrote my order the opposite..asked for sliced received it chopped. Bbq sauce on sandwich.. wrote and received it on the side.. the I'm not happy with life old lady in the front has extremely bad adittude. Will not received my business ever again. We walked in and were the only ones there! The girl was drinking a coke! Didn’t say anything to us! I asked her do we have a set! She took the straw out of her mouth and said no! You have to look at the menu! She sounded irritated so we walked out!

Since I found this place about 9 years ago, it has been my go-to place. I will pass 5 BBQ places to get to this 1. The best BBQ I’ve had EVER. Sides are delicious ?. Loooove the Mac n cheese. I will go there just for the Mac at times. The best part that make the ribs good is the sauce. It taste like it’s homemade from scratch. The collards are a bit different. Some may not like it but it taste a bit organic to me, like they grow the greens themselves and pluck them from the ground before cooking. I like it but it’s an acquired taste. I put bbq sauce on the Mac sometimes, not that it need it but the sauce just taste sooo good. Hands down , the best BBQ in my life! O… and the ambience is awesome.

I'm from Cleveland, and I really like polish boys, so when I was told that I could get one here, I drove over 20 miles one way. Did I mention that I really like polish boys, ok. I ordered one, and it was okay, but I wouldn't make a special trip for one. Maybe I'll try some of the other food on the menu the next time that I'm in the area because the place was over half occupied, and people were picking up orders at a steady pace.
