Went to the drive-thru ordered a two-piece white dinner had to wait 12 minutes on chicken got the chicken it wasn't cooked like normal didn't have no seasoning to taste it didn't even look right for to be fried chicken

The Good: The Gyro was decent and would return for that; the dining area was clean. Service was quick. The French Fries were the highlight of the trip.
The Bad: There was an extra meal on our ticket and it took two attempts to get refunded properly.
Ordered two PLAIN kids cheeseburgers. Got two burgers with everything... Asked for it to be corrected and they gave us back two scraped off patties (with obvious pickle imprint and mustard smear) with a new piece of cheese and bun top. Gross. Would a new patty really have been that much of a loss?
Brought me a $5 off coupon when they saw me take a picture of the repurposed cheeseburgers that we didn't eat.
$45 spent, won't risk coming back for $5 off.

When I went and dined in the service was ,smiling, fast service. They answered my questioned that I had about the menu. I had the chili burger and it was the BEST that I had ever ate. I have been Bach two other times. Also the food was so hot I had to wait for it to cool.

Tyrone location:Ordered 2 piece white broasted combo after waiting 7 minutes to be noticed standing at the register when I entered the store. After placing my order I was told it would be twenty minutes...and if that was ok. I said yes that would be fine. After 20 minutes I was really expecting to have my order bought to me but instead I was told it was ready...it was placed on the counter and the employee walked away before I could reach the counter. I asked for hot sauce. A different employee walking past asked if sauce was in my bag? She said no in a tone that led me to believe the question disturbed her. The new employee satified my request. I also work in customer service. I feel that if an employee is that disgruntled with her job, she should find another line of work not so as not to have face to face contact with people.
