Drove 30 minutes to get food we placed on the app. Said they couldn't make over half of it. Who's the GM? Who's failing with truck orders? Whos failing to contact customers to make them aware when they place an order that they cant do anything? Couldn't even do the refund so now we have to wait to get our money back from an online it support.... As someone who works as a GM, you should be ashamed for letting this continuously happen.

That being said can y’all move a little faster when you have ice cream I have waited over 1/2 hour to get it cause your serving people who ordered after me 1st. Please put prices on your whole menu including the frozen case

Incredibly ill people working here. I've been here several times and every time is a miserable experience that I hope will get better. The people appear to hate their job. They take their time and act like it's a bother to ask for more ketchup or other condiments. Many menu items are not available such as the popular mocha moolatte. The burgers are not cooked how they should be. They should be grilled burgers, but all of their burgers have been cooked on a flat top. No grilled flavor or burn marks. This place needs to be shut down or someone needs to come in and rebuild it including people and equipment!!!

Three women working, two did very little and the third seemed to be easily confused. No real methodology in the sequence of order to delivery for customer. Cost signage in the overhead was missing and had lights out in the display. Server did not turn my blizzard upside down unlike any of the dairy Queen I have been to in the past. Took 10 minutes to get 2 blizzards

I would give 0stars if I could. This place is in need of an overhaul. The workers only care about their family getting their food the rest of us waited 30 minutes and then still didn’t get the right food and they didn’t have ice cream. However their family came in a dgot their food right away. The place is filthy it needs shut down. I was supposed to get a refund as I couldn’t wait more than 30 minutes for my food and wanted a refund well 3 days later and no refund in my bank.
My Blizzard was great but there was a window near the front with lots of flies (dead and alive).

The place was dirty and have flies. We didn’t eat there. We ended up leaving and their bathroom was not working…… I’m not going to spend my money eating at a dirty place with flies everywhere and then on top of that you can’t even use the restroom . Corporate needs to reevaluate this Dairy Queen. I personally think it should be condemned then the lady working there just stared at you didn’t say hi. What can I get you or anything? She just looked at you and stood by the cash register. She was so rude and the man that was trying to clean the bathroom. all he said was it ain’t working and told us to walk across the street to another restaurant to use the bathroom… Ewwww no thanks I’ll pass
