Stopped in at this location while passing through on a long road trip. Got a little treat for me and my pup. It was a wonderful experience. The ice cream was great and they were very hospitable to my fur baby also!

Be careful at this location, I ordered online and was informed at the window that they were out of chicken(ordered two chicken baskets). Despite being told I would be refunded, I was still charged. I reached out to corporate but have not heard from the franchise owner or received the refund. I will now be contacting my bank for resolution. Edit: I already sent my information into that link and it has been over a week and I still haven't heard from anyone. I also tried to call the location several times with no answer.

This establishment needs to be closed. They will not answer me when they told me to contact them? Me and my family went there two weeks ago, the lady who took our order was complaining because we wanted a milkshake and a blizzard. We got our food and she told me the chicken looks weird but it’s fine, IT HAD MOLD ON IT, and was burnt. My girl friends milkshake was liquid and had hairs in it. The lady who made my blizzard didn’t have the right ingredients so she mixed two different kinds together. I looked back there while she was making it and she had no gloves on and stuck her fingers in my blizzard. While we were waiting on our food we were swatting bugs flying around there was so many!! Please do not eat here someone is seriously going to get sick. This place needs to be closed down the manager is so rude, lazy, and disgusting. Ive tried to reach our to the headquarters but you will not answer this has been going on for so long if you look on yelp and yall havent done anything about it.This is a crooked lying place.

Jeanette was lovely…That’s about it. I ordered a brownie batter blizzard with peanuts and was charged for it. Wouldn’t it be an unfortunate surprise to find out there was NO peanuts inside AND my blizzard that’s supposed to be chocolate throughout… was only chocolate on top!! The middle and bottom was straight vanilla ice cream. We also ordered chicken strips and fries. The fries were COLD. Had to have been sitting for at least 30 minutes. The strips were popping hot but extremely over cooked. Wasted money! Would not recommend and I will be reaching out to corporate for a refund. Unacceptable. Do better.

The employees have their kids asking people for money. They argue with customers about whether or not they gave the complete order. I was shocked at first with how they tried to argue with a customer when I was waiting for my food. then they forgot an item on my order too. It wasn’t worth going back in there. It was ridiculously ghetto. I’m avoiding that place from now on.
