I did receive a refund and will never eat here again

On today 4/9/25 my guy order us some combos and out of all combos mine didn't have the fries I did call back up there and the manager said come back but I was at home and I don't live close by there and I didn't want to go back up there. Plus on today for some reason the wings were not freshly fried like it normally be. This was my third and last trip because the first two times the food was on point. We ordered online like we always do it said the food will be ready at 4:25pm and I was there to pick up at 4:20pm.....it's sad that those wings were terrible we had to order something else for dinner which was not cool. And I know customer service is not a thing anymore but the crew you had today was hideous! Not the same from my first two times (they were more friendly) So not going back.....

Got there around 8:45pm and I was starving! I ordered, got my food and left my phone by accident! The staff was so sweet and understanding. They put it in the back until I returned for it! Awesome thank you all! And the food was fresh and not salty. Thank you 🙏🏾 *I don’t have a picture because I demolished my food*

Very angry and rude customer service!! Wings were bad like old. 40 bucks for me to get sick and not be able to eat it . Very last time I step foot in that business.. management needs to do something all these reviews and nothing being done smh.. how y'all only reply to good reviews and nothing to the bad reviews if that doesn't speak volumes then that should tell you every that's needed to know.

I would give this place 5 stars but the wait time is sometimes a little much and the size of their wings is childish otherwise I love this restaurant and have never had an issue with this location(the one staff member is always rude, she just has a bad attitude).
I usually get Phillies and I order wings and a burger for my kids. If I order extra sauce on the wing, sometimes it’s barely noticeable. Please don’t charge and skimp for the provided charge. The wings are about the size of sweet tarts in length (2.5 inch) and as wide as two fingers, maybe 2 inches across. This is not cost efficient imo, (the spot down the way has better sized wings.) The burgers are always big in size but I cannot speak on if they are dry however I’ve received no complaints. Fries are Delish with season salt but I don’t like how the shaker is out in the lobby so I shake mines at home. I’ve had issue in the passed with the fries being obviously old, they’ve changed brands recently which caused a price increase but I don’t think I’ll ever stop purchasing their fries.
My recommended item is the chicken Philly no mushrooms, you won’t be disappointed.

The place is nice enough, the menu is easy to read and simple. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff was courteous, entertaining, and open to communication. It was clear that the management cared very little about the comfort of their employees, or their guests. There were tables and chairs for guests, but the lobby was too cold to be comfortable, my girl had to wait in the car. Management refuses to use heat and air.
Parking: This location is in a strip mall with other food and personal shops, connected to a walmart shopping center, Parking is difficult in busy times.

This place has fallen off tremendously! It’s nothing like it use to be. The food is terrible and the customer service is horrible. The wings flavors all taste the same no matter what you order and the fries are undercooked. The fish tastes like it’s been fried in old grease. And not sure why, but it has an awful smell in the place as soon as you walk in. It smells like an open sewer that makes you not want to eat there. The dining area is filthy and you can tell no one cleans it at all. The floors, windows and doors are dirty. Just nasty. This place needs to be reported. It makes no sense.Furthermore, the employees need training on customer service because they are just loud and rude with no regard to being polite and professional.
