First time I have ever gasped when I opened my food from a restaurant... Why is the meat in giant slabs?! That's now how Arby's does their sandwiches... Also tastes off. Avoid!

Stopped at 11:30 pm on the way from the airport. The guy at the window was super nice and very helpful. All the food was hot.

Usually, when I come on Sundays after church, the service is top-tier. For the first time, the young person at the window was very rude and nonchalant. I do not understand why people work in customer-facing environments but do not wish to deal with customers. FIND ANOTHER INDUSTRY. Go to school. Get some skills, and find another avenue. Lousy customer service is a serious pet peeve for me.

I don't remember the name if the guy working the counter. But he was awesome! It was about 3pm on Saturday. We were at the local vet, putting our dog down. And we came here to buy her last meal. The food was good. Thank you for the memories and being so kind.
Had Fish sandwich. Fish cooked hot and curly fries were but not seasoned as well as in the past

2 for 6.99 fish sandwiches are back. It was surprised because it was a pretty good size fish. But I think they took it out too soon. That's all. Of course it doesn't look anything like what's advertised.

What I don't like about this, not Arby's, is that I don't know which Arby's I visited this way. In general I love Arby's since 2001, the year I came to CA., mainland USA., and first tried. NOw I live in GA and drive for living, GA, SC, AL & TN... I don't know which Arby's... One had fries like cracker, nearly bone dried, and the other did not wipe and dry spills on the floor and inside & outside the door and only one 'Caution' cone standing-you know it is cold, maybe I will use the qr code to leave notes for those two locations.
Food was pretty good. Beef could be a little hotter.

Paid $12 for a half pound roast beef sandwich it tasted disgusting the meet was old and severely discolored would not recommend spending your hard earned money here go to a different location

The older black gentleman with a gotee needs to travel for Arby's and teach everyone nation wide about customer service. Best Arby's store I've been too in a long time. Also, the store had the college football game on. Great addition to the vibes!!
