The customer service we recieved was excellent, however i have to give 1 star because there were LITERAL rotten green spots on the roast beef. It was way beyond it's expiration. I spent $20 on food that went in the trash.
Now I fear Arby's is ruined for us forever. 😭

This Arby’s honestly pissed me off today. I came this morning at 1105 and you would think by the place just opening the food would be fresh I ordered 3 jalapeño beef sliders and a small fry with a Dr. pepper. I specifically asked could my food be fresh and hot. I get my food jump on the expressway open my bag. I have 3 cold beef sliders no jalapeños, cold fries and the dr. pepper taste horrible. I wanted to turn around but I couldn’t because I was in a hurry to my next location. So I called the Arby’s to complain a least about 15 times before I wrote this review and got no answer. But 2 times someone picked the phone up and hung it right up. This really pissed me off this morning I’m never going back to this Arby’s and I would advise anyone else to please keep it moving.

I ordered the chicken cordon Bleu sandwich and my chicken was burnt. I can't believe someone picked this piece of chicken up, and thought it was okay to add to my sandwich. Ughhhh
Old man manager was fighting with a female employee, threatening to hit her and cursing her out. It was LOUD and unprofessional. I received the wrong food due to this and did NOT want to mention that, just wanted to get OUT.
