Upon arrival to the restaurant the manager that was on duty was very nasty and disrespectful!! She didn’t want to answer any questions about the menu every time I would ask her a question Rashida would continue to get upset, and then she walked away from the register and just left me and my husband standing there. she also started to talk about church folks with attitudes and very nasty when they get out of church and she had just talked to her grandmother and how she was telling her grandmother how people will come in the restaurant with attitudes and all of that realizing that we’re sitting in here having lunch, but she continued to go on and on and on like she was just really trying to insult the whole situation because we were just getting out of church. it felt very uncomfortable sitting in having lunch. I stopped eating and as many times as we have busy restaurant, I have never felt so insulted by a manager on shift and she continue to talk to the staff in the back about the situation, knowing that we were sitting in the lobby having lunch.

I am just not to sure what's going on in the world today just wanted a quick bite to eat ended up with 20ms of waiting only to get a burger with bread so hard I could break a window with and to fully dressed as I ask only to pull back up for them to redo my order only for it to get worse smh and i was starving just had left the urgent care and received a shot of medicine that I needed to eat with so I had to eat it at that point but I was pissed !

I ordered my food online as I work nearby. I went to pick it up. The girl in the window clearly did not want to be there, she had absolutely zero customer service. I out the bag in the seat next to me and drove home. When I got home I discovered that they had dumped the 2 large fries into the bag and tossed the fry containers on top. From now on I'll drive to Riverdale rather than come here again. Absolutely disgusting behavior

Secret shop here this evening came thru drive thru they was cool I complained about about not filling my drink up & they was calm about it,i can tell they use to getting alot drama from customers i went inside spoke wit a cashier Mgr was near she resolve & explained why she did kudos to training staff ,,Mango Peach lemonade was great

Ordered a Whopper with Cheese off the Broiler, got one that was Nuked, Lady behind the counter asked me what was wrong after she saw me looking at it, She knew it wasn't what I ordered, will NEVER go there again.
