To start, I wanted the chicken and fish meal but they didn't have any chicken. Second, the drive thru is raggedy and third my food was HORRIBLE!! Tried to call them twice and they never answered their phone. waste your time or money here!!

The cashier took my order, didn't give me my receipt so when my order got called I didn't know it was for me because I didn't have my receipt. The hush puppies, shrimp and crab cakes were over cooked one crab cake was so hard It could not be eaten.If you get anything from them it should just be fish everything else is overcooked and ridiculous.

THIS BUILDING NEEDS REPAIR BAD!!!! They have clear tape holding menu board together. HUGH POT HOLES in drive- thru drive way. Sat at drive thru windows for 10 minutes waiting on food, ask me to move to parking space be cause he had to wait for oil to melt to cook fresh food. NO ONE WITH HAIR NETS, FLINGING FAKE HAIR LIKE CRAZY!!. Use to be great place to eat, 😔 no more

I ordered the grilled white fish with shrimp skewer dinner. I get home and unpack my order and there's no white fish in the container! How, why..?? smh just ridiculous. Do Not drive off without thoroughly checking everything 👎🏽

I visit this captain d's from time to time I drive from Atlanta to Fairburn just to have a nice lunch or dinner at this captain d's location. The food is very very good! But I have one complaint the dining room has small pieces of food and crumbs left on the tables after the guests has eaten their meals, most of the tables are not being cleaned properly. Also I've seen food crumbs on the floor around the tables. Captain d's needs to start cleaning the dining room thoroughly 😒

I went in there around 2:40pm Sunday December 22nd. They were in there playing around, a young lady in the back was walking around in view of customers eating and the food that I paid for was not what I expected. It was over priced for what I received.

The absolute WORST Captain D's I've ever been to. The drive-thru young man was unintelligible. I asked for a Classic fish sandwich, fries & tea for $7.99. The only addition was I asked for a lot of tartar sauce. He added cheese & they wanted to charge me $8.92. When I questioned the price was when he said about the cheese. A lady in the counter area was dismissive, then closed the windows & stood in the way. I eventually drove around to the front & went inside to make sure my order wasn't messed with. They gave me cold fries, a tea with no ice & no napkins or other utensils nor did they ask if I needed them. This store will NEVER get my business. I'll go to the nice folks in Newnan.

When did y'all stop having lemons and the lemon packets? Woman at the drive thru looked at me crazy when I asked for lemons or the packets. Stating 'we ain't never have lemon here.' I've been here for over 10 years and love captain ds...now all the sudden y'all don't have lemon and never even had it stock? Make it worst this happened on 3 separate occasions since then. Most people eat lemon with their fish. Y'all have to do better when it comes to ordering your truck
