First time there, wasn't exactly what I was expecting. I had the pick two menu option. Catfish filet and chicken tenders. Came with coleslaw and fries. Catfish was alright, but the chicken tenders were like something you'd find in a discount grocery and the slaw was just cabbage with mayo.
This place is absolute TRASH!! My fries were soft and soggy. My order was wrong and I never recieved my drink. When I tried to call and get a refund they didn't have a working number. I REALLY WANT MY MONEY BACK, I PAID $30 FOR GARBAGE!!! Don't eat here!!!

This has always been my place to eat since they opened but, the new staff is horrible. I’ve gotten catfish that smelt spoiled and they close when they want to. Guess I’ll just start taking my money

Every time I visit this first spot I look for in Union City GeorgiaKid-friendliness: The cashier Cherry was so sweet to the children great customer service
I ordered my food online only to be told when I arrived 20 mins later that they didn’t have my order because they couldn’t hear the online orders be read to them over a call from the online system. I was told that I would have to send the owner a screenshot of my order via text in order to get approval to fix my food. After going through all of this, I provided the cashier with my order and was advised that they would start working on my order. 13 minutes later I was given some spoiled crab legs that smelled and tasted like they had been sitting out over the weekend. Never again! I just threw the whole bag away because I was already told earlier that I couldn’t get a refund when they initially didn’t have my order. I’m so disappointed, but I guess that’s what happens when you try to have three typed of restaurants under the same JG brand! I will say that their chicken be bussin’ but I’m good on all of that after this horrible experience.

Kima by far was a ray of sunshine! Polite and professional ! On the other hand been coming for quite sometime and the food just isn’t the same. My catfish tasted look and tasted like tailpa and chicken wings were bland! I think I will wait for them to work out their new management things before returning. If it was for Kima I would have token the food back
