I ordered 4 chili hot dogs. Got home just barely had a spoonful of chili coveted in onions. Trued calling them could bever get anyone to answer the phone.

The service was horrible! The girl (indian) was rude when we brought to her attention our order was wrong, she slammed the window in our face at the drive up window and was very disrespectful and unprofessional in front of other employees that were watching her behavior. This location could use training in customer service. I hope the young people working there become more empowered to work in an environment that teaches good customer service and respect.

The lobby was already locked and closed. They force you to go through the drive thru. They were still open for another hour and a half. Had to wait alot to pickup my order

Literally charged me $6 for vanilla ice cream. I ordered an oreo Blizzard that only had like 5 pcs of Oreo. This isn't the first time so I'm going to have to start going elsewhere.

I ordered a milkshake and it was a major let down. I felt like I was worse than a McDonald’s milkshake (when their machine is working). The customer service was great but there was barely any whipped cream added even after asking for more and the shake was extremely watery. It basically came premelted or like a cup of milk barely cold. Great personal though like really nice people work here

Maybe the most consistent customer service in the entire city.

I can't remember anytime where I've had the wrong order or had to go back for any reason. Maybe it's because they're not on the main strip, but it is always a pleasant experience going to Dairy Queen.

The food was good and served fast. The drive thru order taker was a bit surly and I found it off putting. The man who handed us our food didn't speak, just showed us the food, handed it to us and turned to leave. All I'm asking for is a simple "thank you" from the employee. Is that so hard?? I'm spending money at your restaurant and the least you could do is simply say thank you for your business to the customer. This has happened over and over recently and I think it's a bad trend. Management: Please ask your employees to extend basic courtesy to the customers who are spending their hard earned money at your restaurants!
