Why do y’all still have that tall dark skin lady with the glasses taking orders over there, do you guys not have any more cashiers what is it, because she’s very rude, I dnt even get any food from there anymore but decided to stop today because my daughter wanted some and what did we get rudeness, Dairy Queen y’all gotta do better, I know y’all have enough money to hire new people especially cashiers it’s not that hard.

THE GUY AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW DROPPED MY ORDER AS HE HANDED IT TO ME. THE PROBLEM WAS HE LIED SAYING I DROPPED IT, BUT WHEN I TOLD THEM TO VIEW THE CAMERA ALL OF A SUDDEN, THE "LAUGHS" STOPPED. CAMERA'S DON'T LIE! THE POINT IS HIS NEGLIGENCE CAUSED ME TIME AND THE CREW THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY. I'M GOING TO CONTACT COOPERATE SO THE WHOLE STAFF AND THOSE THAT FOLLOW CAN HAVE BETTER PUBLIC RELATION SKILLS...AND AGAIN THE OWNER CAN "CHECK THE CAMERA".

I came to get a kids a meal tenders with onion rings. The young lady did not ring my order up correctly and charged me for extra sauce which i didn't ask for. I went in and ask for an exchange immediately after pulling out of drive thru. The young kady said it would be an extra 3 dollars to sub the fries to onion. They would rather give me my money back than fix it. And they all stood and talked in another language. Rude i will never go there again.

Absolute nonsense…. I ordered a kids cone and asked for a small cup to place it inside of so that it doesn’t melt all over the place being that It’s 96 degrees outside I was informed by the cashier that she isn’t allowed to give me a cup if I order an ice cream cone.. I told her I’d pay for it she continued to tell me she can’t do it because she doesn’t know how to ring up an extra empty cup… I ordered tenders and asked for a ranch and was told it would cost an additional $4… I have never heard of any of these policies and when asked about it no one had an answer.. I’m not sure if it is because I’m black and she wanted to give me a hard time or if this is the standard here but either way is abhorrent and ridiculous.. I’ll def be choosing another location because this one is completely TRASH!!

Had the worst experience today in the drive through. Ordered my items but once at the window to pay I encountered a very rude attendant. The order was wrong and when I asked for corrections she didn’t apologize but instead rolled her eyes and closed the window door. When she came back again part of my order was missing. It was clear that she had an attitude. She didn’t acknowledge anything I said. Unsure of her name but she had glasses and was working with Monserrat

I always get the blizzards...they are the best! I go so much they know my face! Lol...the only issue is the drive thru line. Its terrible....cars are all out on the street because the drive thru would be so backed up..

This particular evening I chose to dine in? Worse decision ever. I wouldn’t recommend! Waking in the door there was a huge commotion from the drive thru. The young lady at the window was cussing and very upset. She clearly was offended by the people in the drive thru.They argue a little bit and she stormed off. Afterwards the staff was conversing loud about she clocked herself out and left. In the midst of the full lobby of families, along with myself trying to be patient and wait for the manager to diffuse the problem and get back to customers. She did the bare minimum! Very embarrassing as a lead.The staff was TERRIBLE and lacked basic Customer Service skills. They were not attentive to guest at all. Inside or the drive thru everyone had some kind of complaint or error with order. They were distracted and kept talking about the situation, constant profanity from the other young lady at the register right next to the manager. The shift has to be composed with children and the older woman indeed who had to be the manager had no control over her shift.Before us leaving out I notice it was close to time the lobby was closing the manager rudely let customers know the lobby was closed and yell across to a young man to lock the door. Terminate the entire shift just bad for business! Or a Suspension needs to be discussed. I feel terrible for the taller young man who may have been the cook possibly he did say he apologize for the chaos which was nice he took the initiative to speak to the guest in the lobby something the manager didn’t say out her mouth. Piss poor management skills.
