This is an older IHOP style layout that shows wear, however it is clean and well run.
I’ve been here a few times this year. Food is perfect. Served promptly. Served with a smile. Team members take pride in their presentation.
I’ve been going to IHOP for about 50 years and this is a very similar looking field to the very first one I ever went to. It is very heartwarming to eat at this older location. The only things that will never be the same are that mom and dad won’t be here to dine with me anymore, but at least it brings back good memories.

This location is awful. The staff can barely speak English, they never have all the ingredients for the menu items, and It takes the waitresses a few times to get your order right.By the time the waitresses do get your order tifht your food is cold.

Ordered banana french toast foster only to get there and its only one french toast in bag and was not told there were no bananas until after I checked my food, Charged me for something you didnt have and didn't even try to fix it. Could have at least offered a different topping. I just want what i paid for.

The waitress was rude in the beginning and she sorta warmed up at the end. I will say that this was the best IHOP I have ever had. I am not the biggest fan of IHOP,but I will be coming back to this one.

I’ve been a loyal IHOP customer, coming almost daily since I work nearby. But I’ll be going to another location now—this one turns off the phone ringer to avoid taking orders. General manager Melissa first blamed Comcast, then admitted it was intentional because they’d be ‘too busy.’ Hope the owner knows their manager and employees are turning away business and loyal customers
