Stopped in this little spot for a quick lunch when traveling for business. We were greeted by the sweetest, most welcoming woman with her kind words and big smile.I had the jerk chicken meal with rice and peas. I chose the white meat chicken which was slightly dry, so I would probably do a mix of white and dark or just dark next time. My coworker had the ox tails meal wish he was kind enough to share. I’ve never had ox tails but would consider them now that I’ve tried them.I would recommend this place for anything looking for authentic Caribbean cuisine!

So disappointed. I got the jerk chicken and it was rubbery. The texture was so off that i couldn't eat it. I ended up throwing it away. The cabbage that I always liked and would order double cabbage - horrible, no flavor. I ended up putting something together that I had at home. What a complete waste of money.I have always loved this place and have recommended it but not anymore. I will not be back.The only good thing was the woman that rang up the order.

Very typical Jamaican spot. Food is OK but the service is horrible. You can tell from their responses to the comment section, that they are never wrong. They are pretty rude at times, especially over the phone. The food is OK. I know it's called Jerk Palace, but the jerk chicken is the last thing u wanna order from them. Quite often the jerk chicken is bland and dry like it was leftovers from the day before.

I had the BEST Jerk chicken salad at this place. Unfortunately every time I have called back trying to order it again they say they don't have lettuce. The chicken is so good I called today to see if they will just sell me the chicken by itself and I will make my own salad and they said "no that's against the rules"This place doesn't care about pleasing the customer nor making any money. I won't be trying anymore.

The spicy pork was like it says, it was like pork pieces from the ends of the pork loin with more pork than the pork loin itself, I expected it to be like it was on the photo as usual this is what we as customers

Got a stew chicken lunch place. I knew something was up when I looked at it and the chicken was this dark. Stew chicken was waaaaaay too sweet, potential over caramelization of the sugar. Stew chicken should be savory with warming spices and just a touch of sugar to cut the acidity from the tomato base. Woman behind the counter seems mad about life because i was very kind and she still had an offputting demeanor. The establishment itself is run down and could use new paint and places to sit. Will not return.

Lady with the glasses has WORLD class Customer Service.....you can tell that has worked with Great Companies as it shows in her gratitude and Smile........The other Chubby short one must be put in the Kitchen ALWAYS! ......Her attitude stinks and very non Chalant.She acts like she is always bothered.Good food though!
