The store is extremely filthy. The countertops, dining area, floor, and drinking area (looks like mold) are all dirty. I won’t be going back in fear I may get sick or hepatitis. Who knows what the kitchen looks like or if they practice clean hygiene or properly handling the food.

Do not go to this KFC you will be disappointe. First I go threw the drive threw order a 16 piece family meal it's about 8:15 pm get to the window to pay they say we only have breast and wings are you can wait 16 minutes for fresh chicken I say OK I'll wait then the cashier says you can come inside to reorder get inside it's about six people waiting on orders inside finally start my order cashier tells me chicken will take 16 minutes I said OK just being patient no fuss so i sit there for 30 minutes longer for who i assume was the manager to come say chicken would be ready in 16 min once again finally the chicken now it's no biscuit he said it's going to be 10 min on the biscuit OK I'll wait I get my order now it's 9:46 pm so kinda o. The edge so I take my and go get home no biscuits no chocolate cake I ordered
chicken was over cooked and hard spent $60 bucks to get this type of service. Staff was clueless just talk to each other not all the customers in the lobby one guy had a 3 piece waited 45 min he was livid KFC in union city ga is joke around evening hours don't go there at that time don't know the day shift like don't ruin your family's dinner at this location.
P.s. I'm patient person you how long I waited and they still couldn't get it right that whole crew need to go.

THIS IS MY 2ND TIME GOING IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND GIVEN THE WRONG ITEM OR MY HUSBAND FOOD IS UNEATABLE! 2ND TIME ASKING FOR A REFUND AND BEING TOLD BY MANAGER (GUY) AND HIS DISTRICT MANAGER WHO BOTH SAY KFC DOESNT GIVE REFUNDS ONLY CREDIT🤔 NO WHERE DOES IT SAY "NO REFUNDS"! IVE TAKEN PICTURES ALL INSIDE & OUT, RECEIPTS, WEBSITE NOT EVEN BY REGISTER! I EVEN CALLED CORPORATE AND ASKED THEM AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAVE A GUARANTEE REFUND IF YOUR NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR FOOD! SO AGAIN THIS STORE MANAGE HAS BEEN TELLING CUSTOMERS THEY CANT GET THEIR MONEY BACK BECAUSE KFC DOESNT GIVE REFUNDS! WELL SOMEONE IS GOING TO HAVE TO ANSWER TO THIS! BECAUSE IVE CAME IN ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THE MANAGER & DISTRICT MANAGER REFUSED TO GIVE REFUND! SO I LEFT THE FOOD TOOK PICTURES OF EVERYTHING AND CONTACTED MY ATTORNEY! ANYONE WHO ASKED FOR REFUND AND THEY SAID KFC DONT GIVE REFUNDS SEND ME A DM SO YOU CAN BE ADDED TO LAWSUIT!

The food (tenders) was cold & it was thrown in the box that was falling apart. They didn't even give me my 8 count nugget until I asked where it was. It apparently had bad bacteria because I have been running to the bathroom.

Let’s start off with the unpleasant employees who don’t take pride in their job. I was at this location for 45 min for an order of 6 wings fries and a drink. How is it that this is even acceptable who is managing this location? Not to mention the store was empty. I will be reporting this location to corporate, hire people who love what they do. Not miserable people making life hard for others no one wants to eat from anyone displaying passive aggressive behavior.

I ordered a family meal and was not given any biscuits. Went back in the rain for my order and was yelled at and told that the biscuits were hidden in my truck. I felt so disrespected. When asked for my refund I was told I couldn’t get my money back. The worst customer service in food service that I’ve ever experienced.

Was told to wait for my food because it would take two minutes for fries to come out. After 10 minutes, I came inside to receive my food that was not warm. Some parts of the meal was overcooked, other parts of the meal was sloppily put together. When I asked for a refund, they said I can get a store credit. The lady in red shirt stated that she wrote my name on a piece of paper and when I come back to tell them my name to get credit for something, but I have no way to validate that. Highly un recommended. Also, the drive-through employee had a terrible attitude

The chicken pot pie was soooo dry and just horrible. The potatoes taste as if they were warmed over from yesterday. Absolutely horrible but this is to be expected at this location. So that’s on me.

Today was such an anomaly I had to write about it. No stranger to this location, I have grown accustomed to the lukewarm food, sub par flavor profile and lack of service as a whole. However, TODAY!!!! November 8th, 2024 at about 3:13 pm was an entirely different experience.
I pulled up to the Drive-Thru Speaker and the “Welcome to KFC” was sincere. I placed my order. The young lady repeated it back to me, provided my total and advised me to pull up to the window. Once at the window, she provided a pleasant welcome, a smile and processed my payment.
As I ordered Tenders, she asked me which sauce I wanted, which is huge for me as they usually just assume BBQ and throw it in the bag. Yet, she understood the element of options and allowed me to choose my sauce.
I was provided my Sweet Tea, my food and was on my way.
Now, as I’m prepared for the food to be blah, imagine my utter Surprise when it was Fresh, Flavorful, and the Sweet Tea was actually sweet. Oh My Gosh!!!!! They must have a new cook, new manager, and new batch of standards because everything was spot on. My biscuit was even soft. Chile, my biscuit hasn’t been soft from KFC in years. Ha.
Today's experience was so good I had to write about it. You all have to forgive me as my food was so fresh I devoured it before taking a picture. Oops! ?
