I went to KFC to get some hot and spicy wings. I had to wait 30 minutes before I could get my meal. When the meal arrived I’m the fries were cold and the wings were warm. If I had to wait on my food especially after getting of work it should have been on point. This is my second time trying this location cause I feel like sometimes it is a bad day. But I ordered a chicken pot pie and got a chicken bowl. I did not even take it back gave it to my niece. Understand the KFC on Jonesboro by Quiktip don’t take their customers seriously or 1st. ( Sad)

Just ordered a 12 piece bucket of crispy chicken at the KFC on Jonesboro Rd in Union City. The chicken was definitely NOT crispy, nor was it original. My opinion was that they took the original chicken, breaded it, and fried it. It was dark and definitely not appealing. Now to the coleslaw- KFC, in my opinion, has always had the best coleslaw. The order that accompanied this order was not the same recipe and was not cold.
I called the location to complain, and the young lady I spoke to did not once apologize to me. The KFC brand has definitely at the bottom of the fried chicken fast food industry, and the fast food businesses on Jonesboro Road lack consistency and customer service. Will avoid this location in the future, and I plan to forward this message to the corporate office. These are tough financial times, and a Friday treat should not end this way!!

do not go here there are nasty and slow. took a whole hour to get a simple combo. while the store was packed with waiting customers they were still taking drive thru orders. NO REFUNDS IS CRAZY!!!!
The store is extremely filthy. The countertops, dining area, floor, and drinking area (looks like mold) are all dirty. I won’t be going back in fear I may get sick or hepatitis. Who knows what the kitchen looks like or if they practice clean hygiene or properly handling the food.

Do not go to this KFC you will be disappointe. First I go threw the drive threw order a 16 piece family meal it's about 8:15 pm get to the window to pay they say we only have breast and wings are you can wait 16 minutes for fresh chicken I say OK I'll wait then the cashier says you can come inside to reorder get inside it's about six people waiting on orders inside finally start my order cashier tells me chicken will take 16 minutes I said OK just being patient no fuss so i sit there for 30 minutes longer for who i assume was the manager to come say chicken would be ready in 16 min once again finally the chicken now it's no biscuit he said it's going to be 10 min on the biscuit OK I'll wait I get my order now it's 9:46 pm so kinda o. The edge so I take my and go get home no biscuits no chocolate cake I ordered chicken was over cooked and hard spent $60 bucks to get this type of service. Staff was clueless just talk to each other not all the customers in the lobby one guy had a 3 piece waited 45 min he was livid KFC in union city ga is joke around evening hours don't go there at that time don't know the day shift like don't ruin your family's dinner at this location. P.s. I'm patient person you how long I waited and they still couldn't get it right that whole crew need to go.

The food (tenders) was cold & it was thrown in the box that was falling apart. They didn't even give me my 8 count nugget until I asked where it was. It apparently had bad bacteria because I have been running to the bathroom.
