They need to fix the management at Delhi Krogers. This Kroger's is worse than the price Hill Krogers I rather take my chances and get what I need from Price Hill then dealing with snotty lazy unorganized horrible managed Krogers in Delhi. I'd fire all the managers start from scratch.
It was a great experience. The line was not long. They had cashiers and plenty of self checkouts available
This has to be the absolute worst super market I have ever been in. It was like shopping at a Prison or something. The way this market is setup and the lack of customer service! Why have self check, if the young lady is gonna watch me like a thief? Not even a hello! I’m thankful this is not my community market!
My mom is in home hospice car, so I decided to order groceries... time being of importance. The pickup was scheduled between 12:00 and 1:00. I received the email that the order was ready. I arrived at 12:20. Once I got in the parking lot I received a text message that it was not ready. I waited for about 35 minutes and finally got a text message that it was ready. I waited for another 15 minutes, before I decided to go in to pickup after observing that another customer parked beside me went in and came out with her groceries in a cart. Poor service
Nicole who works in the money service center, I mean wow I don’t know if she is mad at a family member a boyfriend or just the world but there’s a certain way you treat people, especially if they are in the right all I was doing was trying to cash a check this location always tells me that they don’t have enough money to cash my check, which is hard to believe however What makes it even worse is they have employees like Nicole who come and tell you they can’t cash your check with a nasty aggressive attitude. No need for that. I spent more money at Kroger than any other grocery I won’t be coming back to this location because it’s too many Nicole‘s in here meaning nasty attitudes with lousy customer service
Today I went to Kroger it is horrible experience science I don’t speak inglés they thought they could trick me and made me pay over price not only did they say the discount work but they lied to me and they had a translator to come out and she also lied to me i feel I cannot trust anyone no more I feel so disappointing I hope they shut this place down or do better it feels so sad cause you can’t trust anybody no more we asked so many workers if the discount worked or went though and they all lied I will be speaking to the manager

Been gettin gas at Kroger for years. Whenever the ads at the pump start playing loud as hell, I always hit one of the buttons to mute it. Well they recently changed it to some "Additech" for the fuel. It automatically added $5 without any confirmation. Immediately tried to cancel it, but there was no option for that either. Fuel attendant said I have to go in the store to ask a manager for a refund. Come in and at 3pm on a Friday they're understaffed with just one person at the Guest Care & Money Services desk, so there's a long wait with only 3 people in front of me. They need to change the fuel additive to have confirmation and cancelation options, and they need to stop understaffing.
This location is managed poorly, customer service is terrible and full of bad attitudes from people who act like they do not want to work.
I usually have a great experience at this Kroger (union city) ga. However my interaction with Naysha is one for the record books. She is the rudest cashier that I've ever encountered. Rather then curse her out im sending this review to management. Why does she roll her eyes and make such silly facial express? I understand she is a young adult, but her representation of you location has been severely tarnished due to her inconsistent behavior as a cashier. Please either teach her some manners or suspend her for a few days. That would probably make a huge difference with her negative behavior.

I was so disappointed in the Store Manager, or Supervisor, Rashaad Thompson at Union City Kroger 4550 Jonesboro rd, Union City, Ga 30291 for how he handled my complaint of theft in the store today. I was at the self-checkout and I requested $20 cash back. I put my bags in my cart and I left, realizing there was no computer prompt stating, " remember to take your cash". As I got to my car, I recalled I did not have the cash. I went back into the store ( literally less than 4 minutes after having left) and saw the individual who was in line after me waiting for an open register. I asked if he saw my cash in the dispenser, he stated no. At that point I proceeded to the associate to ask if anyone had submitted the cash even though the customer at the checkout was the one next in line after me. The associate stated no and stated he would ask his manager to check. After a 12 min wait he came back and said, " My manager said it is nothing we can do". I explained i wanted to ensure that the cash dispensed since there was no prompt adclvising me to take my cash. He stateded that the manager said someone else had to take it. I requested the manager for me to speak with me. Mr. Rashaad Thompson came to me with attitude already stating "Didn't my associate tell you we can't give you cash?" I explained to hime that was not my request and his immediate commentary was inappropriate. In addition I explained again that I simply wanted to know if it was dispensed and not a glitch. He immediately stated that it did. When I asked how he knew, he syared he saw on the camera. As a followup, I asked if you saw on the camera it was dispensed. Then you could see who took it, correct? He responded with "No". I asked him to elaborate. He simply stated, "The money came out, I saw it. It was gone, another customer had to have taken it. Iwas confused by his assumption since he says he saw on the camera. He, at that point, was simply dismissive stating "There is nothing I can do. Thank you". As often as I shop at this Kroger I am just very disappointed with how management handled me in the situation I wasn't looking for a refund I was simply want an answer to ensure that there was not a computer glitch and if there was not if there was an identified individual that happened to take the cash because it could have been an associate or a customer

In 4yrs of me shopping here, today was utterly the worst of them all! I can look over things easily but this is not one of them. And let me state for the record that I honestly don’t mind waiting because I realized what time I put for pickup. Now, I had a curbside pickup order through the Kroger app and pickup is from 2pm - 3pm. Since I forgot a few things and was already out, I stopped to get the items I forgot. When I got back in the car, I saw the notification that said my order was ready. The app would not let me select a parking spot because it wasn’t 2pm (it was 1:35-ish) I call customer service to see if they could still bring my order out early since I’m here. The lady says “I’ll have to check.” So I’m like ok cool. She then says “bye” and hung up the phone.. Now, logically, if I’m waiting for a response, HOW YOU GONNA HANG UP?????? I call back and ask for a manager but she hung that up too! I’m still here so I go inside to speak to a manager and she was cool. I even told her if it’s not possible I’ll wait (which it wasn’t possible so I’m currently waiting). She then tries to make excuses for the person who answered the phone and said “our lines have been messing up lately” and that may be true however that lady said “bye” to me which meant she did that on purpose! Here’s my thing: she (the lady who answered my call) should not be on customer service duties if she doesn’t have any common sense knowledge! It could have been handled entirely better! She should have placed me on hold and then came back with an answer! Otherwise, how was I to know the answer to my question????

I get so angry when I see my meat choppy like this. I asked for sandwich cut. Smh. This is why I go to Fayetteville or cobb county. They care about presentation. When I say something its always "it's nothing we can do". Never again. Look how these onion wraps look.
The customer service here was horrible… dealing with yolanda was a disgrace… especially giving the energy that i of course wanted back in return …. My boyfriend even asked her was that how she normally asks and she replied NO… yolanda’s attitude should not be acceptable nor tolerated… ive called the store numerous of times to speak with an manager but no luck… i was on hold numerous of times just to get hung up on.
