Work around the corner & sometimes when I need something to munch on, I'll order me a small pizza.

Only thing that sucks about this place is the location. Men standing outside loitering around because there is a bar, gas station, & liquor store all in the same plaza.
The pizza was good but it took a little while just to make one pizza.
I ordered a pizza online & when I came in to pay, I was told the store doesn’t allow you to swipe your card, the info has to be put in manually. I obliged, & gave the young lady my card. She typed in the info, I got my pizza and left. The next day my card was used for a $108 door dash order. The following day it was used for a $38 uber ride, as well as, a $97 door dash order. If you go into this store & they tell you they have to manually input your card info in, do not give it to them. They will still your card info.
Called about my replacement pizza.
The employee is no longer there.
Somebody named Wil, said he was a manager was extremely rude and act as if I had to lie about a thirteen dollar pizza.

This was my first and last time visiting the Buffington Rd location. My order was supposed to be ready by 4:32 since they messed up one of my pizzas, it was 5:00 when I got my order. As I was waiting, the cashier was on her cellphone talking and playing games. It was only one person in the kitchen with gloves on. One of the kitchen managers was interviewing someone, and once he finished, he went to the kitchen making pizzas. He didn't wash his hands. Another manager came in to make his own pizza, and he didn't wash his hands either. They gave me the messed-up pizza for free. Gee, thanks. Needles to say I was disappointed and will not go back.

Omggggg my first time, DON'T EVER Order the Cheese sticks disaster. I called back and asked why there was so much bread and where the cheese OMG Just chewy dough like.it wasn't cooked thoroughly and had no cheese. First and last. The girl stated that when I called back, that's how they make theirs. No Bueno, y'all needs a NEW RECIPE.

I came into the store to order a pizza. I asked the young lady at the register if there were any specials. She said all we have is what’s on the board and the prices are incorrect. I asked to speak to a Manager Zek this young man proceeded to say although the prices were incorrect he could not honor the lower prices on the board. After going back and forth i ordered a pepperoni pizza. Paid for my order sat down and was searching online for customer service ph# to complain. Only to find they were lower prices online. I asked this same manager if he could price match what was online he said no. I’m like you rather me cancel my order rather than accommodate me. As i mentioned the initial young lady never told me online had lower prices but she proceeds to say i just started working here this is not her problem. The manager and his associate at the register need some additional training on customer service. I will never visit this location again.

I ordered a pizza at 5:41 pm. After a long wait time they delivered the wrong pizza. Calling the store they stated not to eat the pizza delivered. Remake came at 7:20 pm. I called the store once again to complain before the second delivery and manager. Zeke stated he would refund the money and that I could keep the original pizza. What he actually did was give me a store credit. I was out of town and did not need the store credit. The driver came delivered the remake and I called the store back to say I did not want a credit but a refund. Zeke the store manager then took back his offer and said we got both pizzas. Again I asked for a refund. Finally he gave me a refund for $12.55. I then told him this was poor customer service. I want to know the name of the owner. He said the owner’s name was Ace Duncan. He then said he did not know the owner’s telephone number or email address and that I could call corporate. He stated he did not know corporate number either. This is piss poor customer service from the store the manager and the owner.
