Trash trash trash!!! Food was freezing, they NEVER EVER EVER give you any sauces and God forbid that you ask for a shake. They put a bottle of water in a bag for you, this is the worst store I've ever been to, don't even botherrrrrr spending your money here. The people and management clearly don't give a crap about making money

Who ever the manager for today needs to be fired I don't normally post reviews but this had me mad today I was waiting at the drive thru for 5 minutes no one said anything so I went in to order i use the bathroom and order at kiosk and waited bout 10 minutes for my order no customers was there so I was confused on why it took long and I looked the staff playing talking and on they phone very unprofessional I'm not the type to be picky or give workers a hard time but when the guy finally gave me my order he gave me some water that was brown and I mean literally disgusting looking I told him something wrong with the water it looks brown he said taste it to see if something wrong like what ? Then had a attitude when I ask him to remake it or something so I walked away and lefted because I was scared of what he might do to my drink because he was rude and my soda was flat like they haven't changed the machine this location is awful!!!!

This is in reference to the McDonald's in Union City off of Jobesboro Rd. The bathrooms were not clean! My wife used the women's restroom and it was not only not clean, but there was no hand soap nor paper towels. She went to the manager who stated that an Out of Order sign should have been put up, but it wasn't. How are the female employees using the restroom and washing their hands? That's disgusting, so we left without ordering food.
food is terrible, my nuggets & fries tasted very weird like a chemically after taste….but staff is nice and quick

Rude!! I ordered a 6 pc nugget. It wasn't in my bag so I had to go in.. when they gave it to me, she shorted me, it was only 5. When I told her, she screamed saying "it's only one nugget"
