WARNING*** STAY AWAY FROM THE ORANGE JUICE I Had a random craving for a McGriddle today so I went here. None of the ice coffee or frappe machines were working so I got an orange juice. The advertised photo shows a BOTTLED orange juice, to my disappointment they gave me orange juice in a cup. It tasted funny but I figured I was just used to eating real oranges and this didn't taste like that. By the time I got home I felt nauseous and now I have a headache. COULDNT even finish the McGriddle. STAY AWAY FROM THE ORANGE JUICE. I WONT BE BACK

I went there last night at about 1am. I waited about 15 minutes to be able to come up to the speaker and I was told that there was only three people working so I needed to pull up to a parking spot to wait to take an order. That her screen was currently full of orders. I asked how long that would take and she seemed off put and said she had no idea. I pulled up my phone to Google another McDonald's and less than two seconds later she again asked me to pull off again. I'm guessing to try to improve her drive through times. I told her that I would pull off soon and she again asked me to move. She was pretty rude. I pulled around finally when I realized there was NOTHING else open around so we would just go hungry. Only to realize that she only had three cars in line for the window. If McDonald's can't handle three cars in the window with three employees, and asking us to pull off to improve their times: they have a big problem. As someone who has worked fast food for a lot of my life and part of it in management, I suggest that they engage in some customer satisfaction training and have a shift manager on to avoid customers being turned away to improve drive through times. Four other cars were told to pull off while I was there and a little after I left.

Worst customer service EVER!! Not only did each car have to wait 5 mins before getting their order taken but 3 cars in the first lane order was took before anyone even tried to address the second lane , i decided to pull to the window, waited 10 minutes and one person walked to the window and walked off. I pulled to the next window to tell that person that no one ever took my order or addressed me and i was told to wait in line again, After i already watched 3 people get there order taken before me and waiting in line just to not get anything. All i tried to order was 2 Slushies, I went home empty handed and gas wasted.

This franchise does not have a phone line for any support it’s ridiculous
Waiting for 30 minutes now and still waiting
I stood there long before breakfast over and when I got to the counter they said the breakfast menu is done for the day or whatever. I was like but I was standing here for over 15 minutes and no one took my order
Ultimately I changed for a sandwich off the regular menu
When I opened it up it looked like a 2 year old put it together and put it in the bag it was messy
