Absolutely phenomenal experience at the Union City Moe’s! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was top tier. The atmosphere was so welcoming nothing but smiles, positive energy, and genuine kindness.
I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Crystal, Nyaira, and Elvia—WOW! They were incredibly friendly, respectful, and attentive. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Their smiles and great attitudes made the whole experience even better!
It’s rare to find service like this these days, and they definitely went above and beyond. Because of them, we will most definitely be back!

This place gets consistently worse every time I go and I keep trying to give them a chance to redeem themselves. The first few times I went, the food was good. Now they have a different crew and the food is not good anymore. It tastes no where near fresh. Every time I order the home wrecker burrito they never put guacamole on it. There wasn’t enough chicken on my burrito plus, the chicken wasn’t grilled enough and was unappetizing. Not going back for a while.

This is the type of place that will make you sit at the drive thru window for 15 minutes before they even address you, then they will make you give them your order at the pace that they can make the actual. DO NOT go here in a hurry, expect a minimum wait time of 30 minutes, never gotten in and out in less time than that in a few visits. It’s close by my house and the food is good, but it’s really a poorly run joint.
