If I could give a zero to this location, I found a piece of a glove in my quesadilla. I threw up so badly that I started dry heaving. I’ll never return!!!

My experience was the bowls were changed to smaller sizes, and on top of that the food portions were smaller than what they normally were. I also found a hair in my food. The restaurant was dirty and the customer service was terrible. I would never buy anything from there again.

On 2/22/25 went to this Moe's and went to drive thru and told I was charged extra for Guacamole ( specifically said it's ok I'll come in and order another one). Go in and the "acting manager" said she's not making nothing else over.... I get what was already made and demanded the money . TALK about customer service don't go because clearly customer service doesn't exist!

BEWARE: The Coca-Cola freestyle drink machine sprayed orange dye when I attempted to get a Powerade. It stained my clothes so bad I think they’re ruined. The employees just watched as it happened and ignored it. It seems like this is a common occurrence.

This is a first for me, I have a two part review based on two totally different experiences.

On 08/10/2024, I was I. The mood for something good and I wanted something that could hold me. As I was in the area, I decided to pull into Moe’s. As it sits directly off of 138, it was easy to get to, as well as the fact that it has a drive thru made it super convenient.

Getting up to the menu, the young lady came over the speaker and told me to go ahead when I was ready. After going back and forth with myself as all the options sounded good, I decided to have the “Moe Meat, Moe Cheese” option as a bowl. Featuring Moe’s Famous Queso. Double portion of sirloin steak, seasoned rice, black beans, shredded cheese, and pico de gallo, this dish was sure to fill me up.

I placed my order and headed to the window. The young lady was very pleasant. She preceded my transaction and provided me with my order and I was on my way.

As I continued to my destination, I was eating on my free chips which were super fresh and perfectly salted. It’s something about a crunchy tortilla chip with the perfect amount of salt. Loved them.

Arriving at my destination within minutes, my food was still piping hot and smelled amazing. As soon as I opened the top I knew I was going to be in for a treat. The bowl was chheesssssssssy and meatyyyyyy exactly as the description says.

The dish provided a great flavor profile to perfectly match the aroma that was rising from the bowl. Along with the flavor enriched pleasure, the ingredients were fresh.

A quality cut of steak paired with fresh veggies and perfectly done rice and black beans. The bowl was bite after bite of flavors, freshness, and gooey goodness.

Provided by the name, the Moe Meat, Moe Cheese lived up to its name. So much so that once I was full the first and second time, I still had Moe left. LoL. Seriously though, I ended up eating the bowl for lunch, dinner, and a late night snack. Oh yes, this is my kind of bowl.

On 08/11/2024, I decided to go back to Moe’s after the foodie happiness I experienced the day before. Upon arriving at the speaker, there was one car in front of me at the window. The young man came on the speaker and asked me to wait a minute as he assisted another customer.

As I had some time, I reviewed the menu to see if I wanted to switch it up. About 2 minutes later, the car that was at the window departed, however, no one came back to the speaker… Here we go!

Understanding that they could be closing out from the previous order I exercised patience. 9 minutes later, I still had not been assisted, nor had the person checked back in with me. As I was now at 11 minutes of waiting, I said “Hello!” The young man came back over the speaker and said “I said one moment!”

I almost lost my entire cool. Not only had it been 11 minutes, the lack of compassion due to the extended delay was void. Secondly, if they were short staffed to the point of one person, this should have been stated. Lastly, if the store was that short staffed, the inside should have been closed if one person had to run everything.

However, at minute 13, I was out of moments to wait, patience to exercise, as well I had no more benefits of doubt to extend and I pulled off.

It baffles me the level of dis-service that was provided. So much so, I think management needs to look at who was working drive thru on 08/11/2024 at approximately 1:47 pm, and retrain them on the components of service deliverables and standards.

In less than 24 hours from my initial experience, I have gone from a promoter to a detractor.

I sat in the drive through for over 10 minutes. I drove back and fourth to make sure the sensor wasn’t an issue. No one ever took my order. I drove up to the window and you could hear people talking and laughing inside. Ridiculous. This was Sunday 8/11/24 at 3pm.

Does closing at 9pm mean you stop serving customers at 9pm or your employees clock out and leave at 9pm? Myself as well as others have come at 8pm and the doors are locked and customers are forced to go in the drive thru creating a long line and wait. Then, your staff only takes and prepares one order at a time. Then this guy that works there comes outside to the drive thru line with the gloves on that he’s using to prepare food, to convince the customers to leave because they are leaving at 9pm and are out of food because it has been put up for the night. Then the guy wants to sit on the drive thru speaker and complain about customers coming after 8pm. It’s bad enough that we have limited food options in our community, but when the ones that’s here don’t want to serve the community, you have to ask why are you here then? Because as I’m sure you know there are people who get off work with evening hours, as does your staff. So, why get on the drive thru speaker or come outside to those of us waiting in line and make us feel like we’ve done something wrong just because we’re there after 8pm? It’s very unprofessional and unpleasant. If we’re treated like that then, why would we want to come back to support your establishment any other time?
