Jas was awesome, she got a huge crowd out within 5 minutes by herself! And kept a smile the entire time.

2nd visit Kaydence was awesome, she was fast and efficient. The ladies here really represent! Good job ladies!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service came in at 10:15. Refused to take my order told me I had to do it online.

Ordered my food. Never showed up. Called the store. On hold 20 min. Called door dash. No support provided. They called the store 3 times. No answer. I don’t use or ever had a door dash account. I got in contact with someone in store. Who refused to give a name. No district manager available. No email available. Just have take their word for it. Wait 3-5 business days and call back to speak to no name/manager.

Last week was the 2nd time unfortunately I wasn't given garlic sauce in my delivery as a shame. By the time the driver came and I checked not there and told driver with doordash not pJ. I was promised a free pizza after that regardless of which Papa John's i order from. Pj needs to stop this crap of a pizza without expected garlic sauce there as poor service. I better get my free delivery as promised.

Employees act like they didn’t want to be there like we the customers are making them work. Pizza was thin and burnt up. Rare cheese All i tasted was sauce, but at least the pizza was hot. Worst papa John’s i have ever been to

I ordered my pizza for delivery at 11:13 am and my pizza arrived HOT at 11:36 🤷🏾‍♀️🙌🏾 AMAZING!! I give 4 stars because I specifically ordered extra cheese and it wasn't! But the pizza was still pretty good! Nice job Papa Johns ❤️

5/10/25 UPDATE because I can’t leave another review but today I got the Shaq A roni NOT GON LIE! This one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had!!! Fr (pic attached) I started eating before I got home lol it was that good!

I wasn't impressed at all. The pizza was dry, the meat lovers didn't seem like meat lovers and the extra pepperoni wasn't. I would've fair better buying a frozen pizza.🙄

I just got a pizza delivery and it was burnt. Who does that?🤷🏿‍♂️

I’m don’t know his name but a young man with locs all over his head. Very nice to me but this post is how I observed him being nice to another guest and go out of his way to make the guest feel seen. Very rare to see a heart of gold in 2025 . Shoutout to the your man with the locs that was up front 4/3/25 late at night working the front .
