Papa Johns Pizza

If you ever go to this papa John’s and you see this guy, run! He was very rude and agitated towards the customers, very aggressive and inappropriate! He definitely made my experience so unpleasant. I asked for his name so that i could make a complaint, he refused. He’s not wearing a name tag so i couldn’t give it. Also refused to give me a number to make a complaint. He called me names and made a sexual gesture towards me. I will never EVER return her.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I NEED TO SPEAK WITH CORPORATE! I ordered a pizza and wings online for pick up . Everything was to be cooked well done. When I arrived no one acknowledged my presence or greeted me and there were 4 people on staff. As I was looking around wondering if I was invisible I saw a staff member making pizza with her BARE HANDS ! She actually grabbed a handful of pineapples, sprinkled them across the pizza & dug her had into another container of toppings! The ‘cashier’ then walked up, asked my name and grabbed my items from a shelf .. not a hot box, not from under a heating lamp, just a shelf. I asked him if he would tell the young lady to wear gloves when handling food and he told me they have a no glove policy or bare hand policy or something & that the other staff member I saw only had gloves on because she had a cut. When I arrived home 5 mins later my pizza was cold & burnt, my wings were cold & soggy and I’m mad I’m reading the rest of these reviews now instead of before I spent my money.

I'm both a customer and a dasher at this location. Sometimes I get good customer service as a customer, but I recently got horrible customer service as a dasher. After waiting about 20 minutes for an order, after i asked about the man in the front never responded as if i wasn't there or like i never said anything. It really sucks to be treated like not a person 😞

The man in the front is kinda rude. He didn’t say your welcome anytime I said thank you and he wasn’t very welcoming. And also one of the workers brought a puppy in the kitchen for some odd reason. Not going back

Good service good food

This was a horrible experience. Ordered for two large events across the span of two days and they were late both days by more than 30 minutes. We spent over $2k for food for these events. I called the manager each day before to make sure it was on-time. I even gave them a 15 minute window. The second order I had to send someone to pick it up 30 minutes after it should have been delivered. Horrible customer service and experience.

Quick pick up on a simple pepperoni pizza. Unfortunately the pizza was burned. I noticed that it was a little darker than usual, but absolutely did not realize that it was burned until I arrived home an prepared to eat.

Visits just now to put a order in waited for about 10min with no one taking my order or greeting me at the front please retrain cashier...

Easy to order online, small inside 1 bench inside to sit down and wait, staff all look very busy, not greeted upon entering, helped after standing for a couple minutes (yes someone was available to help) well cooked wings were still soft and pizza has barely minimal amount of cheese

Jas was awesome, she got a huge crowd out within 5 minutes by herself! And kept a smile the entire time.

2nd visit Kaydence was awesome, she was fast and efficient. The ladies here really represent! Good job ladies!!!
