I really hate to do this!! But we have to do better. I pull up to the window and there are about 5 employees DIRECTLY on the side of the pick up window smoking weed (the smell filled my car) also smoking black n milds etc. then I get my food, I paid for extra cheese, my pizza was missing about half the regular amount of cheese. I also paid for extra sausage. I asked her to remake it, then changed my mind due to the irritation she had and then watching the other employees directly next to my car smoking STILL i just said nvm. I didn’t trust them to remake it. I told the lady that it was unprofessional to have those employees there smoking. At least they should go in the back or out of site. This completely turned my away from this location FOREVER! Management need to fix this. WE have to do better! I am so embarrassed for US ✊🏾 😞
Update: the pizza tasted so bad, I couldn’t eat it!

This place is the worst. Ordered at 8pm, got there at 830, door was locked, someone came to the door and said I had to go to the drive thru. I went to the drive thru, paid waited and 15mins later the girl comes to the window and said the order has to be re-made. She said it would be another 10mins, but I had to go back around the drive thru b/c there were people behind me. I came back around. The girl came to the window, saw me, didn’t say anything and stepped away from the window. A guy then came to window and I’m like I’ve been waiting for this order for an hour. Can I speak to a manager? He said he was the manager. I told him at this point, I need a refund and my order. He said he couldn’t process a refund. I would have to speak to the GM. He walked away with no apology, care or concern about the matter. When the girl finally brought the order to the window 7mins later. I told her this is ridiculous. The wait was crazy and no one has any sympathy, an apology, a coupon, something for free nothing. She offered a free 2 liter for the inconvenience. She went to go get it and the “Manager” said she couldn’t give it to me. At this point this manager needs to be fired.

I ordered a supreme pizza from this location and it was the worse pizza I have ever had. First of all, most of the toppings were missing and second the pizza was not good at all. This was the worse experience I have ever had at this location.

The female night manager is extremely rude I called because the order that I placed was incorrect and when I spoke to her she kept giving me a nasty attitude and then hung up on me and when I called back she kept letting it ring then picking the phone up and ending the call so I had to reach out to a Corporate employee to get my order issue resolved and I reported her to corporate For nasty attitude, and I’m usually not the kind of person to do something like that, but she was just by far so rude. It was disturbing. I will never order from Pizza Hut ever again. If she still working there, I told the corporate manager that I don’t want because of her nasty attitude, so I’m pretty sure she’s making you guys lose a lot of business so y’all might want to get that nipped into the butt before it becomes a bigger issue.

This is an update after 5 years. Instead of taking helpful hints, they deleted my post. It us now 2024. Samething I complained about, is still happening just different people.
I have been a resident of Georgia for 1 year. I started ordering my food from this location since August 2017. For the first 2 or 3 months I had no problems, or issues with this stores location and what they do here. Now that the 2 months have passed, the serves is always slow, they always get my orders wrong, they always forget at least 1 or 2 of my items, they have cheated me a few times out of the quantity of the food I am suppose to have. And a few times my pizza tasted like dish soap.
I have made several hand fulls of complaints to the customer service for pizza hut and nothing has improved in that year. As I read a few of the other customer comments as to why they feel this place is a great place to eat there food...its not. I have made at least 2 dozen complaints and every time I complain they give me a weak ass free pizza of choice coupon. That coupon ain't fixing the service this store is providing. Not to mention if I have an issue with my order and call the store to correct it, the phone constantly rings, ask to speak to a manager, guy is never in the office, then when my order gets here, its wrong or missing every damn time. Several times they forget my stuff and don't compensate me back for it, you have no idea how many sodas I never got but paid for, got in store credit I can't use. This store is terrible. They have lost my business permanently. I now have to go to another pizza hut in a different location just to deliver to me.

I order some cheese sticks and they were burnt so I tried to replace them and they said that it was nothing that they could do about it. The manger was very rude and hung up in my face this location needs to be shut down ASAP in Union City, Ga.
Best pizza I've had in a while. The customer service was really good. Everything was fresh and hot. The cinnamon sticks with the cream cheese icing was fire ?. This pizza hut is better than others I've been to.
