Placed an online order through the actual Pizza Hut website on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 @ 2:37pm from 4715 Jonesboro Rd
Union City, GA 30291. I might have been too excited for the order because it never arrived. The delivery window was set for 3:00pm - 3:07pm. It is currently 4:52pm. I guess the workers said, “your back did not need to grow any bigger.” I received a notification that my order will arrive at 5:24pm. Thank for the hard, overcooked meal. Also, stop allowing the customer service representative to accept orders by phone If the store is struggling to fulfill its orders why add 10 more without knowing the store’s current performance issues.

It’s 1am. Order on Uber at 11pm. Was notified my order was accepted and being prepared and being picked up. Delivery driver kept changing. After waiting 1 hr & 1/2 called just to hear they apparently “never received” my order and that it just came in but couldn’t see what I ordered. Shady business. Then had to wait longer before uber would let me cancel the order without being charged for “their time”. Blew my appetite and my mood. Just order anywhere else in the area at night.
Rude staff member named iscc. I ordered the homey bbq wings and when I got them there was no sauce. He told me it would be a extra dollar for sauce.

Today, I decided to switch things up and pick up my order in person instead of the usual delivery. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the store and noticed their impressive 100 health score—definitely a sign they take pride in their space! I'm always thrilled with my orders, and this visit reinforced why I keep coming back. I can’t wait to return and enjoy another delicious meal from this fantastic location!

I never leave reviews but do not order from here, it’s not worth it at all. I placed an online order at 10:48pm, the order was said to arrive by 11:08-11:18 and it was 11:34 and it said it have finally been delivered. I didn’t get my order, I was going to pay in cash. I called the place and the worker accused me of lying and got smart with me and said he’d try to figure it out and call the driver. An hour passes, mind you i’m still calling and speaking with the worker and he said the guy was on his way. 12:10 I call again and ask if i should just reorder and asked what happened, he said that “I guess the driver didn’t want to do it, just order tomorrow they closed” ??? So not worth it at all, luckily i didn’t order by already paying online because i would’ve had no money and no pizza because a driver didn’t wanna to drive???
I came today and they were randomly closed when it says they are open. Randomly closing and not saying youre closed is inconvenient. That's very lazy and im very upset about it. Do better or get better workers who WANT to work. This is why restaurant chains are failing. You guys complain about pay but do lazy crap like this. It's only 12:03 IN THE AFTERNOON. No construction or anything happening. Just a bunch of lazy workers.

We have frequented this place and there has been consistently no ranch dressing. We are not refunded for it and our order has not been correct on a consistent basis. Our food has been prepared in a very poor nature. The last interaction we had with this establishment I had the manager to remake the pizzas. They were absolutely horrible bubbles hardly no toppings. They did not even add in the extra cheese that I requested and for…. The attending male, middle aged older, maybe in his 60s manager at that time redid the order did not apologize. Did not have any conversation with me… add insult to injury when he processed my order he took it upon himself to add an $11 tip without my consent when I place the order I had a zero dollar tip because of the consistency of the order is not being satisfactory now mind you when we first started patronizing this establishment we tipped we don’t mind. I went back-and-forth from February until April 1 part of April or the end of March contact in corporate calling Pizza Hut, asking for restitution and a refund of my money. The guy never returned my call. I spoke with multiple people. They said that they would handle it. They would refund it. It never was refunded the last time I spoke with that establishment a young lady who was a shift manager, tried to assist, however, another manager came to assist and all that he could do was placed a $20 credit on my account which surprisingly isn’t there before this last interaction I was placed on hold and the person that answered the phone left the phone on the counter. I sat on the phone for about an hour, and I could hear all of the conversations all of the interactions that was taking place there so needless to say we will not patronize this establishment again and I will more than likely follow a police report of theft for what has happened to my money. No one has a right to take my money that I worked for without my consent and if you are upset and feel a certain way because of the product you produced was unsatisfactory. Make sure your employees are cooking correctly and you won’t have this issue so if I decide to file a police report, I will absolutely update this review but if you are in the Union City area, do not patronize that Pizza Hut because they might steal from you if they haven’t already done so

I really hate to do this!! But we have to do better. I pull up to the window and there are about 5 employees DIRECTLY on the side of the pick up window smoking weed (the smell filled my car) also smoking black n milds etc. then I get my food, I paid for extra cheese, my pizza was missing about half the regular amount of cheese. I also paid for extra sausage. I asked her to remake it, then changed my mind due to the irritation she had and then watching the other employees directly next to my car smoking STILL i just said nvm. I didn’t trust them to remake it. I told the lady that it was unprofessional to have those employees there smoking. At least they should go in the back or out of site. This completely turned my away from this location FOREVER! Management need to fix this. WE have to do better! I am so embarrassed for US ✊🏾 😞
Update: the pizza tasted so bad, I couldn’t eat it!

This place is the worst. Ordered at 8pm, got there at 830, door was locked, someone came to the door and said I had to go to the drive thru. I went to the drive thru, paid waited and 15mins later the girl comes to the window and said the order has to be re-made. She said it would be another 10mins, but I had to go back around the drive thru b/c there were people behind me. I came back around. The girl came to the window, saw me, didn’t say anything and stepped away from the window. A guy then came to window and I’m like
I’ve been waiting for this order for an hour. Can I speak to a manager? He said he was the manager. I told him at this point, I need a refund and my order. He said he couldn’t process a refund. I would have to speak to the GM. He walked away with no apology, care or concern about the matter. When the girl finally brought the order to the window 7mins later. I told her this is ridiculous. The wait was crazy and no one has any sympathy, an apology, a coupon, something for free nothing. She offered a free 2 liter for the inconvenience. She went to go get it and the “Manager” said she couldn’t give it to me. At this point this manager needs to be fired.
I ordered a supreme pizza from this location and it was the worse pizza I have ever had. First of all, most of the toppings were missing and second the pizza was not good at all. This was the worse experience I have ever had at this location.
