The customer service was terrible. Mess, my order of twice stayed on hold for thirty minutes just waiting to talk to the manager. Had to call a total of 4 times. The first 3 times, the manager will pick up the phone. And just hang it up.Actually, I was on hold when I walked into the store and was still on the phone waiting for him to pick up. Try to charge me 41.67 dollars for a large pizza.

**WARNING** ‼️ my DEBIT CARD WAS Compromised ON 3/30/24 at 6.32 pm, my husband handed our debit card to the cashier at the window, she took extremely long to give it back and at 7:33 PM that same evening my card was charged for $94.74 at SHEIN of all places ?! Been trying to get in touch with someone at this location ever since but they are not picking up the phone. Will try again today. If not, will be going up there to file a police report for fraudulent activities on peoples bank cards. Who does that, thank God I gave my husband the fast food CC BECAUSE we only load that one to keep upWith our eat out expenses, there was only $120 on the card to begin with, spent $15 at Pizza Hut, only for the cashier to scan my card and steal the rest, found out on Easter Sunday morning this had happened to us! The true blessing is, it was not my major checking account or they would’ve gotten way more than $100! BEWARE THIS PLACE STEALS YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION

It’s 3/06/24 at 3:45. Placed an online order. When to go pick it up. Restaurant was closed when I tried to go inside so I went to the drive thru…Waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes and nothing. People were inside but would just walk by and stare at the window. Don’t waste your time coming here.
I walked into a messy line and when I finally got to the counter n told the girl my name she tells me I’m not going to like the chocolate donut things cause something is wrong with the oil, i tell her my app said ready a long time ago and I still came a lot later so I thought it was all ready so I tell her “just bring everything n I’ll figure it out” assuming it was all ready. She says “5mins” which turned to 30 fast so after waiting a guy comes to pick his up and she tells him there’s no hot honey which turns out everyone was in line for the same pizza so now after learning I have the wrong pizza and some weird oil tainted dessert. I will stick to little ceasers or wait till I’m in a less hood,raggedy, unprofessional area I may try em but no time soon

I must say, my recent experience at Pizza Hut was nothing short of a disaster. We decided to order online on our way back home, thinking it would be a quick and convenient option. Little did we know that it would turn into a series of unfortunate events.According to the app, our pizza and wings were supposed to be ready at 8:40 pm. However, when we arrived at 8:46 pm, we were informed that the wings weren't ready yet. Okay, fine, we thought, we'll just wait a bit longer. But then, to our disbelief, we were told that the pizza dough was frozen! Seriously, Pizza Hut? How does that even happen?Oh, and let me not forget to mention the icing on the cake. When we pulled up to the window, the employee took our money for the order and then disappeared, never to return to the window. We waited there for over an hour, hoping for any kind of update, but no one bothered to come back. Fed up with the lack of communication, I finally went inside to inquire about our food.And guess what? Our food was just sitting there, under the light, ready for who knows how long! The pizza and wings were stone-cold, leaving us utterly disappointed. To make matters worse, they didn't even offer an apology or any kind of compensation for our excruciatingly long wait and the complete lack of service.I have to say, this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Pizza Hut. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit the one in Union City. It's clear that they are not ready to serve their customers properly. So please, save yourself the frustration and find another pizza place to satisfy your cravings. Trust me, it'll be worth it.
