This location deserves ZERO stars. The staff needs serious training on customer service. Yelling at customers is unacceptable, period. It's even worse when the customer is polite and simply asking questions – especially when the signage is broken and unclear. I was berated for seeking clarification. When I asked for district information and the on-duty manager's name, I was refused. Completely unprofessional and a shockingly poor experience. I will absolutely not be back.

I am writing to complain about the poor customer service I received during a recent visit. When I was placing my order, the employee was immediately rude. I asked some questions about available specials, as I was trying to determine if this location offered the same deals as my local Popeyes. The employee responded disrespectfully, telling me I should have specified my needs before she started entering the order. I was unaware there was a specific protocol for asking about specials.

Ideally, the interaction should have started with a friendly greeting, such as "Thank you for choosing Popeyes. Would you like to hear about our specials today?" Instead, I was met with phrases like, "What can I get for you?" and abrupt responses when I asked about specific options, such as whether I could get certain pieces of chicken with a particular deal or make it a meal. The employee's attitude was consistently dismissive, as if I was inconveniencing her.

When I got to the window, I asked if she had taken my order. She denied it, even though it was clear that she had. I request that you review the security camera footage from this interaction, as I believe it will confirm the disrespectful behavior of both employees involved. Furthermore, I am concerned that the manager did not address the situation appropriately.

I called to ask who the district manager was, and she said it was Ashanti. If Ashanti is the district manager, action needs to be taken.

I come to this Popeyes every Sunday for the last month. The month of February. The drive thru always back up around building. So I choose to walk in. The employees always have attitude. The chicken is half cooked . They cook the chicken so fast to try and keep up but it's not done. They place cold food on top of hot food. They get smart with the customers and attitude OMG. I am in the hospital right now because of food poisoning. Chicken not being cooked long enough. I am very surprised this place is still open. I have met so many people that say they will not eat here. Now or ever again. Food is to expensive for attitude and half done chicken.

Parking: When drive thru is wrapped around building. Hard to get in and out front door and handicap spaces.

I ordered from Doordash. They do not give you the option to make "special requests" online and ask you to contact the store. I called the store and they said that I couldn't change anything because they stick with what is online... All I wanted was all dark meat for my chicken...

If I could give a no star you best believe it would have been no star! Food was horrible Coleslaw look like wet potato salad. Chicken was very small and cooked very hard! I will not return there!

Manager rude as hell damn near 10 mins just to take my order and i was the only person waiting, i see the drive through is busy but I didn’t like the tone or his demeanor, i asked for some hot sauce this man just gon throw the shit like 🥱

The food was subpar, I had chicken feathers on my chicken, my soda was basically carbonated water no taste at all, and my fries was hard and dried out ( gave them to the dog). My three piece combo was a two piece combo. Very disappointed because I’ve been here many times with no issues.

Today, I visited my local Popeyes in Union City, Georgia, and was thoroughly disappointed with the service provided by a young lady at the drive-thru. Upon observing that the cashier at the front register was handling multiple tasks, including taking orders, cooking food, and serving customers, I expressed my concern. When the Caucasian manager approached, we requested additional assistance, only to be informed by the worker that our complaint was motivated by the manager's race. As consumers exercising our rights, we were dismayed by the worker's response. Despite being a loyal customer, I was disappointed with the service I received today, particularly since I only visited this location to accommodate my grandson's request.

This place is supposed to be open 10amz it’s 10:31 and the inside and the drive thru is closed and won’t be open for another hr they said. It’s always like this and that’s horrible false advertisement. People are even standing outside at the door and window

Very unprofessional and was very rude, called a woman a man in Spanish and didn’t think I could understand it and when I confronted, she smacked my phone when I started to record.

I ordered uber eats from this location my drivers came with the food no drink and said it was you all that didn’t give it to them! Someone is on bs idk if it’s this location or them! But when I called to check on this fact the line is ringing busy nonstop! Yall need to do better with ppl money and food/drinking items
