Horrible service. Waited 15 minutes on the intercom and they didn't pick up. Made a mobile order and it took them about 30 minutes to bring it out. To make it worse, when I cut my cheeseburger, I discovered a long hair in my cheeseburger. Told one of the employees and they did nothing about it after I told her twice. We also ordered a crispy chicken sandwich seperately and the bun was so overcooked my daughter couldn't even bite it. The chicken was also so hard that she couldn't bite it, and the chicken was thinner than the straws they give. Don't waste your time here because this is unacceptable. ?

The order taker was very rude and did not take the time to explain the menu and told us to to push the button when we are ready. Not good customer service.This is the Sonic on Union City.Very disappointed.

ONLY drive thru now. The corn dogs were only semi-cooked. BEST thing was the chocolate Milkshake. Used to be my "go-to" place. Not any more.

Never will go back to this location, placed an online order @10:40 because according to there hours they open at 6am. Only to get there and be told they now won’t open until 12. When I told the manager Jalissa that I already placed an online order in which I paid for already. She was rude & cold, continue to say idk what to tell you we’re not open. I ask for a refund in which she state we don’t do refunds, you gotta call corporate. So now on Christmas Eve, I’m being told I can’t get my money back or the food I paid for. Smh will never be coming back with attitude & service like this totally unacceptable. I’ve never been somewhere that refuses to issue a refund for a product or service that they didn’t provide. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !

I pulled up about 6:45pm and did nobody assist me at the drive thru. I waited a good 10 mins before I pulled up to the window to place my order. Ask the young lady why nobody came to place my order and she told me “the headseat don’t work” as she continues to take the car order behind me then place my order. I order a sprite and I was given a water down sprite after having to wait 20+ minutes just for my order. Poor customer service.

I find it funny that the employees here called me RACIST because I simply asked for what they didn’t put in the bag Ketchup/mustard for corn dog, the ranch I requested for my mozzarella sticks, a straw for my drink, a spoon for the blizzard I ordered and simply napkins because there was NONE in the bag. It’s ridiculous honestly to make that statement to me when I was going to treat you with a $20 tip because I worked at sonic when I was a teen and I know how much those tips came in handy. Then my blizzard wasn’t even mixed just Oreos thrown on top. The attitude that I got from the employees Was not fair to me as I was simply requesting items I NEEDED for the food I PURCHASED. A comment or disagreement doesn’t make someone racist and I’m far from that as my spouse is black.

If zero was possible, I would definitely have selected zero stars! I pulled up to a car order stall and no one came out to take my order even when the store opened at 9 am. So, I pulled up to the drive thru to order and tried to order coffee and they said they were out. I ordered what they are known for, a Cherry Limeade and it was awful and no cherries were in the bottom. The french toast sticks were just ok. I should've trusted the other reviews!

I come here and each time my experience is the same this is my 3rd time here, at this point I'm just going to come to buy the ice if it is available , I ordered my food seemed like 6 times! once at the drive-thru then when I got to the window 5 more times, I had to pull up to wait for my order after I received the wrong order originally, ordered no pickles I'm allergic they had an attitude, several cars before mine and after had wrong orders, new person at the window had to ask her manager if she could give me THE CORRECT DRINK AND FOOD I ORIGINALLY ORDERED, I'm confused the manager didn't order and pay for my meal this location def needs some training or someone who actually care about customer service, because if you need help I can get you help!
