My dad got us some subs for my siblings and I from here yesterday and it tasted funny. After trying the different ingredients, we realized the cheese in our subs was spoiled. It made us all sick later on in the day. Wasted $50

TINY IS AWESOME! There is no way to truly put in word how much of an asset this young lady is to your company. She legit works alone some days and the store RUNS SMOOTHER than butter. I don’t know this girl from a can of paint. But my experiences watching her work alone and the store be CLEAN… FOOD STOCKED AND CLEAN……. And she acknowledges every customer on online pick up order while making sandwiches is mind blowing. I had to finally ask her her name to make this review. As customer we make bad reviews. But I love making good ones so the ones who deserve raises and promotions can be highlighted!!! This young lady is absolutely worth every trip. TINY!! Please keep your work ethic. Becasue it’s going places baby girl.

Fruit flies all over vegetables and they act like they didn’t exist when ask about them. Only Dr Pepper and Pepsi work at the fountain. Ridiculous and poor customer service.

Didn't receive my order. Arrived to be told they had no more rotisserie chicken and received nothing. Was told to cancel which there was no where in the app to do. Looking back in the app it says order picked up and still charged for it. Very poor customer service

This review is specifically for the female manager who worked today …… even looking at my printed online order, you STILL didn’t get it right???? I received No BACON on my Club Sandwich, no to mention- no onions , no extra oregano, jalapeño or lettuce!!!! I also got a Tuna Sandwich that wasn’t near what I asked for 🤬But when I was standing in your face expressing how I wanted my sandwich… you indicated I was “ Confusing You”
Customer service has went to HELL in a hand basket….. I’ll make my own freakin sandwich from now on!

I just went to subway walmart and I ordered# 31 And I had no meat And I pay $11.49 for the sandwich. Now mind you, the white lady behind me. She ordered a sandwich. They fool hot sandwich up with meat. But I guess when you're white your right When you're black, you aint. And a young man that made my sandwich act like he didn't know what he was doing. And my meat was skipping on both of my sandwiches. I got a Turkey sandwich also., I will never, ever go back there again. And my daughter ordered from there all the time.I🙃👎👎👎👎 4/11/25 And on top of that I waited for about an hour to get my sandwich sandwiches made

Worst Experience ever. I went yesterday on July 14,2024 around 5 The lady attitude was disgusting the moment I walked up no greeting at all, only asked what did I want. I got a sub and went to wanting cookies that she said was fresh and cookies was hard I asked her to warm it up she said no. I look back in the cookies and saw 2 nats flying around in the cookies????. DONT RECOMMEND
