Wouldn’t let me add 2 crunchy tacos to my order. Told me I’d have to drive all around the drive thru lane again to order it. I’ll never be back. What a silly and laughable rule the manager has in place. Also get rid of the AI voice at the drive thru window. I won’t deal with AI. Just people

Was given some runny taco supreme. So runny that the bottom of the bag bursted inside my truck. Went back thru the drive thru only to be told to come inside to witness the entire staff talking and laughing about the situation. Last visit for me!!!

The young black men that worked on February 14, 2025 evening shift... did an amazing job by correcting my mobile order. They quickly identified that I had a problem by the look on my face, no scene, just that look. The guys provided me with great customer service, great communication, courtesy, patience, and handed me a fresher meal.

Management at this location needs training. My experience 1/3/25 at this location was so disappointing. What I experienced last night was so disrespectful and disgusting and with my children in car I will be reporting to corporate! The manager refused to give her name… she’s a brown skinned young lady with dreads. I wasn’t rude never or even spoke with a negative tone to her so that’s why I’m very confused why she was so rude to me. Due to their issues with the system being down she yelled at me to move away from her speaker because I was messing her numbers up which was so confusing to me. The young lady that was at the window never told me to move she said and very pleasant that she was working to bring it back up so I was patiently waiting and stated that was fine so then I hear a voice screaming move from her speaker I’m like wait what??? She was rudely screaming.. I asked for her name and she refused but that’s ok I will make sure this go up to corporate and past corporate to repot you!! You make Taco Bell look bad!! The way you acted tonight make me think you’re careless about your job and you really don’t like your job!! So sad!! Only in the hood you experience rudeness!!!

Drive through was closed for the second time and I don't visit any taco bell often, so I felt this to be odd.The customer service was VERY poor. I was told to come inside to place an order. Service was slow, inside the restaurant was not clean, if I weren't able to visually see my food being prepared I wouldn't have ordered. While I was waiting for my order I asked for a cup to get my drink from the soda station. Nothing but syrup came out. I told one of the workers and he didn't feel it was urgent or important to correct the problem or tell someone about the problem. By this time 15 minutes for (4) tacos had passed. I requested another person to fill my cup from the drive through soda station. After 20 minutes I finally received my order. I try to be an understanding person but here in the Union City area, the quality of service is very poor. I hope this location gets their act together and improve their training of their employees AND managers.

I went to this location and they were not taking orders through the drive-thru. When I went in, I was told I had to use the kiosk to place my order when there were two employees sleeping and one was sitting down. Also, there was no menu board to reference.
I ordered a number 12 combo along with a burrito supreme when I got to my destination because I didn't check the bag at the drive-thru I realized that they did not put my burrito supreme with my order that I paid for so I really just gave taco bell free money..this is unacceptable service and my drink taste very flat
