The crunchy taco shells here are soggy every single time. I honestly can’t understand . It’s almost as if every restaurant manager on the south side of Atlanta is totally incompetent. They must be storing the taco shells wrong. If you order from here and order sauce it is NEVER in the bag. NEVER. How can yall be this incompetent?

THEY LIKE TO MESS UP FOOD ON PURPOSE! The first time I went to the location some black guy with locks gave me my correct order then he came back laughing and gave me an new bag (every thing in the new bag was messed up) the second time I ordered and 5 dollars value pack and all my tacos we're replaced with onions beans and hot sauce nothing else. This is not fair to the consumers whom spend their hard owned money on this place

Thought the place was closed I walked up to the window (because I’m a trucker) it’s like 8 people in there doing nothing Either way walked up to the window and the look on their faces was like “dang we have another customer” for how dead it was 3 ppl deserve to be on the clock however my co driver and I started to order before someone that wasn’t even the manager told the manger to don’t take our order which was a female so we just said forget it and sadly taking our money else where If it was they place of business they would’ve taken our order but.. they don’t care about the business making profit if they did they customer service would show 9-16-25@ 11pm

Stopped here at this location and wanted to order food, I and my co driver (truckers) walked to the drive thru window to ask permission for them to place our order, at first they were going to allow us to, then changed their mind and told us to go online and place the order so they could pass it through the doors. We were already at the window, and they agreed to fill the orders, but backed out of it and turned our business away. So we decided to not eat here at all, the staff was standing around in the kitchen laughing and joking instead of working, they acted as if they didn't want to serve us, because they would of had to work. So I will not be returning back to this location.

Everyone was kind. They greeted me the moment I walked up to the counter. Reassured me they were working on my order and made my food fresh. Awesome job!! Came around 12pm
I haven't had Taco Bell in a couple of years. I was expecting the worse as far as food and service. However, my expectations was exceeding for both. And I love the fact they added more vegetarian options on the menu because the black bean chulapa was good. And the employees were pleasant.
