Did a online oder to make getting my food quick. The restaurant did not make order because I was not in the building. Now I have to wait for them to make it. If I wanted to wait while my food was being made, I would've ordered at the counter. Drive thru wasn't working. And no one was at the counter indoors and had to wait before i could even get this issue sorted.
Tried to give it a second chance and it was worst than the first. Took 1 hour to get my food.

Visited this location on 5/10/25 @11:35pm. The worst ever experience in Taco Bell’s history. The nightshift is lacks comprehensive skills when taking orders. Continuously screwed up our order twice then when we doubled back they basically gave us someone else’s order AGAIN! To make matters worse, on the 3rd time of is waiting, they served us bullcrap. Refused to give us our receipt or their names. Both male workers (one with dreads and glasses) and the other is a cook both should be fired immediately.

What is the issue with the verde sauce? I don’t mind getting charge extra but the employees still forget to give it. I shouldn’t have to check my bag every time for sauce if I paid for it. Management is at fault because different employees all give off fear when I ask for sauce. I don’t mind paying 30 cents but paying and not getting it multiple times turns me into the person who holds up the drive thru line to check every item because it happens so often. Worst Taco Bell location I’ve been to.

I only asked for 2 ingredients on my nachos and I literally only gor soggy chips. Order was taking wrongvgotcwtonf drinks wrong sauces and my nachos look like this...
Wouldn’t let me add 2 crunchy tacos to my order. Told me I’d have to drive all around the drive thru lane again to order it. I’ll never be back. What a silly and laughable rule the manager has in place. Also get rid of the AI voice at the drive thru window. I won’t deal with AI. Just people

Was given some runny taco supreme. So runny that the bottom of the bag bursted inside my truck. Went back thru the drive thru only to be told to come inside to witness the entire staff talking and laughing about the situation. Last visit for me!!!

The young black men that worked on February 14, 2025 evening shift... did an amazing job by correcting my mobile order. They quickly identified that I had a problem by the look on my face, no scene, just that look. The guys provided me with great customer service, great communication, courtesy, patience, and handed me a fresher meal.

Waited in line for 10mins (only 2 cars in front of me btw), got food (lukewarm at best), took first bite and immediately regretted it. Spent the next two hours with stomach pain beyond belief.
