Eh, it was ok. The cabbage and greens beans were bland and gross. The rib tips were just eh. If I were to return, I would try something else.

Terrible location..they close at 10pm but decided to close at 9pm today a whole hour earlier ..then they turn the lights off as I walk up to the door to check there hours & on the door it says drive thru doesn’t close to 10pm..definitely will be reaching out to Shelley ! .. so ironic people from the community always screaming support black businesses but the worst customer service comes from black businesses ..how that work lol

They really put a lot of effort into making sure you're well taken care of over there. The food is excellent, a little pricey, but the portions are VERY generous, so I always feel like I'm getting my money's worth. The service is consistently top-notch, I'm never given a problem or a hard time from the staff, which is difficult to find at quite a few places now, and they genuinely seem happy to see you there. They just upgraded the seating, it's a comfortable, hassle-free dining experience.

I was pleasantly surprised with this visit! I stopped going to any This is it! Because they have become so commercialized and the love isn’t in the food anymore unfortunately. But I visited this location a day after thanksgiving after 4pm and the food was smoking hot and fresh. The young lady(I think her name is Kayla) was so pleasant, patient and helpful. When I got home, my husband and I really enjoyed the food. It was quite pricey though….. but the service was amazing.

Food nasty as heck! Waited 10 minutes for Whiting fish and it was the worst. Soggy and falling apart. Undercooked for sure. Cornbread disgusting. I’ve tried several different This Is It franchises and the food has been horrible! Don’t waste your money! This ain’t that!

This review is for the one in Jonesboro with the drive-through. The greens are spicy but not seasoned. Not everyone can eat spicy food, so please take out the spice and season the greens. The ribs were on the dry and tough side. And the sweet potato souffle was entirely too sweet. Not worth the price.

I got a veggie plate, cabbage, collards, and mashed potatoes very delicious. However, the sweet potato pie was horrible, tasted old, and very dry. The service was fast for a drive thru on a Friday.

The food is terrible here. Sides taste like it came from a can. I didn't smell or see any BBQ smoke so I knew the ribs weren't going to be the best, but they were hard, old, and rubbery. A waste of money.

Oh my goodness 😋 My husband and I finally got the pleasure of eating at This Is It! Nina and Kim at Union City were so hospitable and welcoming! When asking about any food item, Kim would reply delicious cabbage, delicious ribs, everything is delicious! 💜 And she did not lie! Mike and Carmen from Gainesville GA wanted to take Kim home with us. Loved everything about our experience there. Kim needs to be in your commercials and we would very much like a store opened in Gainesville ♥️
