First time to a waffle house ever. We waited and not sure to seat ourselves or not... ask a customer waiting for pickup and she said, yeah. Finally, they asked if were dining in.. yes and picked a small table. We ordered a apple juice and regular ice tea and they brought sweet tea and bottled apple juice. We also ordered the all star and got our meals minus the waffles... they forgot both and didn't know who the waffles went to and was only one ready... later they finally brought the other one out and was still mushy when received... However, waitress was very kind and checking out was even faster...

Our waitress Naiya was very attentive to our needs and provided great service. A special shout out to Cam and Dre who cooked the delicious breakfast—dynamic duo! I love Waffle House but this by far was the best service and food that we’ve ever received at a Waffle House. Quite honestly, the entire team worked extremely well together during our visit. Highly recommend!

Was clean inside. Slow with the food. I didn't enjoy my meal. Grits had lumps, waffle was to thick and chicken sausage was burnt. Way too many people at the grill and several customers dining for my food to have been this bad

3/29/2025 @ 1100am I placed an order online to go when I arrived. The chaos inside the store, mainly in the to go order area and the cook station, was diabolical. I received a text message saying@11:33 aa that said Your orders were ready". The to go server says it's being prepared now. At 11:55 a.m., I received my order. Now, by no means was it the servers fault. The organization of the store showed more cookers than servers. There were very few people sitting, and yet, the to go order server was overwhelmed with orders. My point...she got no help from b others. She handled the pressure very well yet, the flow, and would have been exceptional if she had help. The food was lukewarm, and the grits were soup( so not what I'm accustomed to from WH). Not even management supports her flow. I'm in today's era. I wouldn't be surprised if this young lady quit this job. She attempted to be as pleasant as possible as some customers were mad because of the flow. And one guy who had his food kept disturbing costumers and her for irrelevant reasons. My best wishes to whatever her name was, and I just wanted to call this choas out as I commend her for getting through it all. I'm sorry I won't be back to witness if she quits, but i would not blame her if she did. 🤦🏽♀️💕
