3/29/2025 @ 1100am I placed an order online to go when I arrived. The chaos inside the store, mainly in the to go order area and the cook station, was diabolical. I received a text message saying@11:33 aa that said Your orders were ready". The to go server says it's being prepared now. At 11:55 a.m., I received my order. Now, by no means was it the servers fault. The organization of the store showed more cookers than servers. There were very few people sitting, and yet, the to go order server was overwhelmed with orders. My point...she got no help from b others. She handled the pressure very well yet, the flow, and would have been exceptional if she had help. The food was lukewarm, and the grits were soup( so not what I'm accustomed to from WH). Not even management supports her flow. I'm in today's era. I wouldn't be surprised if this young lady quit this job. She attempted to be as pleasant as possible as some customers were mad because of the flow. And one guy who had his food kept disturbing costumers and her for irrelevant reasons. My best wishes to whatever her name was, and I just wanted to call this choas out as I commend her for getting through it all. I'm sorry I won't be back to witness if she quits, but i would not blame her if she did. 🤦🏽♀️💕

THE SAME DAMN SANDWICH I ALWAYS GET FOR $4.11 is NOW $10.55!!! I understand inflation but more than a 100% price gouge???!!!!!!! This sounds ILLEGAL.

Waffle house breakfast are the best!!, Hash browns, country Ham, egg, toast, water or coffee, are the Great!! Along g with all of the other food, they offer. Anytime of day and night, when everything else are Close!! Goid weather, Bad weather, You know you and your Family or Families will have a meal!! Now who can Beat that!! Love it!!
Parking: Parking are always good, Full , but good
Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are great, my kids loved it, so do my Grandchildren, they are very good for and to kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: I haven't had that experience yet, but what I have seen from others are great.
Recommended dishes: Waffles N Bacon, Pecan Waffle, Grilled Chicken, Hashbrowns

Great all around...my 10th time at a waffle house Big Q is very efficient and made my order perfect! Dennis is a great leader! Pretty much everyone was amazing there. The cooks and tbe servers too! Really great job with everything and im hard to please. I actually got an omlette!
Redd is the best server always has a positive attitude and gets people in and out. Very polite I love her. If a server named Cherokee is up front just turn around and go somewhere else.
The new cashiers are not good listeners.
