When I got to the counter the lady that was taking orders had a very bad attitude. Then when I started eating my food it had eggshells all throughout my food and the waffle was soggy and gummy. I took the food back and told the manager what happened he took the food and had them remake it, it was even more disgusting than the first order I had everything was undercooked and nasty and my hashbrowns was supposedly to be smother and cover and they weren’t. I would never go back there again.

So, my daughter did an online order with the expectation the food would be ready when we got there, or at least shorten the wait , right??!! WRONG!! In addition to the time we waited before leaving, we waited an ADDITIONAL 45 min. to an hour!! Then to top that off, our order was STILL wrong!! Apparently, even when the dining area is closed and you can only take out, they need more than 2 employees working... This was an all round disappointing experience.

What’s the point of making a mobile order if it’s not done when the app says it’s suppose to be done? 1:19 to now past 2:00 still waiting.

We spent half an hour waiting for a table and then a table became free and we sat for 20 minutes and they didn't serve us. And the staff was unemployed. And they never attended to us. The truth is very bad service
Came to stop by just to get a waffle and a scramble egg I walk in and a member was eating a bowl of grits then told she take your at the other counter I literally waited like 25 min and at least 10 min for someone to take my order I hate coming to this location and I only been here twice just ghetto every time

The place is garbage. I have no plans to ever go back. 3:40a I ordered an All-Star. 4:15 still no food. I was dumb tired. I just finally said refund me so I can go home. I didn't even get my entire refund
Dietary restrictions: Pretty much just pork
Parking: You can only order through the window. Go back sit in your car and wait till they call out your order bc they don't take your name.
