This is the second time I’ve had a problem with this Wendy’s the first one I ask for fresh fries and was not given fresh fries I don’t trip to much on that one but this time I got into a heated argument with the drive threw cashier around 3:45 pm on Monday June 23 I was given a bag with 2 fries in it. When I told her all she did was poke her lips out saying “ u ordered 2 fries right” mind u my I only got a10 piece large, I told her no I only ordered a 10 piece she was tryna tell me everything was in the bag im tryna tell her that my food is not in the bag. Then she tells me “how u gone tell me when I bagged it” so then the whole dispute started I started asking for the manager because she was steady tryna argue back and forth with me about the food that I know is not in the bag instead of taking it back and checking for herself the manager rolled her eyes at me and rushed to give me the food I ordered while im tryna speak with her she was ignoring me while the girl was hiding behind her poking her lips out rolling her eyes and everything when the manager gave me my food she slammed the window in my face refusing to talk to me.

We ordered a Dave's Triple cheeseburger and the meat was so red on the inside that I could hear the cow mooing. The only positive was how quickly the employee at the window had it corrected. I would never go back

Placed my order and wanted to use the offers/coupons in the app and NOBODY including the manager knew how to do it, they moved at a snails pace, I was in the store over 20 minutes just to get home and it be wrong. Called and Marcus answers then hangs up in my face, call back marquita answers I told her order was wrong and because of what Marcus did im bringing the order back for a refund, she tells me to have the store manager do it, I tell her I want it tonight since they're open she tells me that shes not obligated to give me a refund or anything else..I'm so over these rude ass, half competent workers..

This is theee best Wendy’s in the market! I come here all the time check my app check my receipts! This team has the formula! The food is always fresh and on point & the team is so friendly! I always feel welcomed & taken care of!! Thank you all!

Thank you Michael Wysolovski! You have incredible customer service and a kind heart. This evening, I was getting a late evening snack after our Good Friday service. I did not feel like cooking and my daughter and nephews were hungry. Unfortunately, my phone died so I was using my car charger to turn it back on as I needed my phone to unlock my card. Even after ordering and waiting in line, my phone was still not on. When I came to the window, I asked an unusual question. I asked Michael if he could help me charge my phone for a few minutes so I could unlock my debit card. He agreed and asked me to pull up and wait. He did just as he said. He charged it. I paid for it and we left feeling grateful. I didn’t want to leave the restaurant with the kids still hungry. Thank you, Michael! Today was indeed a Good Day! God bless you!

hey i been there today 4/18 so i went thru drive thru placed my order and i did say i didn’t want a drink with my biggie bag but why cause i had a water so when i payed and pulled up i said i get a frosty mine you the sun is out and it’s friday why not a frosty on a pretty friday the manager i think kim stated oh no u cant have a frosty right here ok i understand that but how rude she was i mean if i didn’t get a drink and now im asking for a frosty it don’t take long to make a frosty ya was not busy that was just dead wrong take care of the customer especially if it is a frosty …. so i asked for a refund like now u lost a whole order and a customer i don’t care if it is a biggie bag .

Why do they hold up the drive thru in order to make it to closing time? Just make the food and orders.
