My wife had been wanting Pizza Hut for a while. We were finally able to get to one. She wanted to sit down and enjoy a meal. We chose the location in Union City since we knew it had a sit down area inside.There were no wait staff, the manager walked around on his phone the whole 25 minutes of us being there. He did not help any customers that came in. A young lady had to work the front counter and drive thru. There was no fountain drinks like there were before. So it seemed as if it was only for take out.

Ordered 2 pizzas online and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Got to the store 20 minutes later and stood around for 10 minutes before any employee from the back even asked for my name...to then be told I have to wait another 7 minutes. 15 minutes later and still no pizza. It wasn’t until I had to ask for a refund before someone came out and apologized for being understaffed. Never ordering from here again

The whole restaurant needs to be cleaned, all new staff please. They are young with no customer service or experience at all. My food was ready when I got there and paid for my food. I notice her go check on everyone food but mines when they came in a paid for food. So when I ask how much longer she go to the box that's been siting there since I had been there waiting for about 15 minutes. Then took another 10 minutes to make my gallon of tea. The manger should be ashamed of how they are running this place. Please don't waste your time if you don't have to

Dining room could use a good cleaning, but service was good and food was great! The wings have improved since my last visit to a Pizza Hut, but the crust on the Pan Pizza at this location was superb and very reminiscent of the 'old-style' Pizza Hut.

Sweet waitress, but she was overworked. The bathroom and dining room were dirty. Our pizzas were under cooked, and we found hair in both of them. I love pizza hut, but the yummy cheese bread was not worth the stop at this dump. Avoid this place!

I get a taste for Pizza Hut pizza every now and then, and if that's all you want then you will get pizza... HOWEVER, the service left a bad taste in my mouth which overpowered my desire for their pizza. I guess, in a pinch it would do but bad service is a deal breaker for me. And saying the service was SLOW would be a serious understatement!!!
