From 4 star to 5 star **Update** Nov/10/24 around 1pm. This is the cleanest Zaxbys I've ever seen. I've never seen such a thing at this company. The food was super average and the sweet tea was lacking but I'll return because of the cleanliness combined with great service.

I like the food can’t complain, they forget stuff quite often too but the DRIVE THRU is like trying to count grains of salt. They are SLOWW!! It’s literally unbelievable like you’re there for maybe 30-40mins. AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT’S DRIVE THRU??!?

Very dirty place, customer service not nice, really bad after this food my stomach hurts, not recommended especially for you have kids. When we ask for napkins, they didn't have napkins- food restaurant.

This location is tooooo slowwwww waited almost 30 minutes on my order, and fries were not seasoned andddd still had to go back inside to get sauce I asked for on the appp. Yes I order my food before even getting there n still had to wait longer. I thought ordering on the appp would at least make it faster to Js pick it up. Idk but i don’t recommend this location.

The food is OK…. The drive-thru is TERRIBLE!!!…Paint dries faster than there drive thru… THIS LOCATION IS SLLLLOOOOOWWWWWW!!! Going inside doesn’t make a difference you still will be 30 minutes or more waiting on your food… I recommend hiring help or closing this location down… ASAP!!!

I ordered two wings and things combo and a 20 piece wing my chicken was undercooked still raw had blood inside this was a horrible experience for me and my family I was not pleased or satisfied with the meal or service provided

Change the opening time from 11am until they start unlocking the doors at 11. I have been multiple times I’ve wait 5-10 minutes past 11 and no one has came to unlock them. The food is good once you’re finally allowed in.

It's the OWNERS fault ?? -Hire more people*.The same 2 people work there. Everytime I go there they Tell every single car to pull up after they pay #everytime
tricking corporate about their time efficiency , In reality, the owner deliberately making customer service worse and worse, by overworking his employees and telling cars to pull up as long as they keep pulling cars up, the problem will never be addressed (By design)everytime I refuse to pull up, they give me my food immediately, so unfair to the people in front of me, stop pulling cars up. You guys have to do better, The owner has to HIRE MORE and stop being CHEAP

I hate coming to this place they take your order take your money than make you waiting in the damn parking lot .. If I wanted to wait I would been at restaurant .. end up still going inside

Them fries was dry like cotton... they give a slice of bread... but I was hungry... Don't fry them fries til they dry...
