I ordered a number two, which is the five finger chicken plate with extra fries. My ticket time was at 11:19 AM. I received my meal at 11:22, The quality of the food was terrible. I returned back to the store to ask for A replacement it was great with quick abruptness and tow. The items were fresh however, as you can see in the video, the food does not appear to refresh. I am seeking to speak with someone from this establishment.

So I guess once your order show as uber or DoorDash they just do not care what they send out the door to their customers. Boneless wings or hard rocks? the 5 fries they decide to give you hard and stale. No condiments and the smallest tenders available to go on a piece of bread. The price you all charge for the horrible service and food quality is ridiculous. Then when you call to contact them once you get an answer that’s it nobody else is coming to the phone and your issue will never be addressed. I would have rather you all just remade my food and I pick it up… yall need to do better

Ashley was responsible for my company's catered lunch today and she went over and above to make sure I/we were good! I always appreciate when customer service makes a surprise appearance... It did today thanks to Ashley

Worst experience at a Zaxby’s I’ve ever had. Placed an online order and went to pick up and they had given it out to someone else. It took at least 20 more minutes to finally get two grilled chicken sandwiches. We were traveling and it added a good extra 30-45 minutes to our time. I like their food fine but they are getting worse with online mobile pick up orders. I won’t stop at that location again. They were having trouble with other orders as well.

Update: Changed to 3 stars for service instead of one. I did contact them via the link they replied with and the manager at the location reached out and credited the amount back to my original form of payment. They did apologize and I received the credit within a couple of days. I appreciate the quick responsiveness to my concerns.

The service I experienced at Zaxbys on Studio Way in Union City Atlanta what's the excellent one!
I received great customer service from 2 outstanding young gentlemen by the name of LAVATIS & XAVIER, who displayed nothing but EXCELLENT & PROFESSIONAL customer service.
I CAN REALLY SAY THAT THE MANAGER KAILA SHE'S DOING AN EXCELLENT JOB!
The courtesy professionalism that Lavatis and Xavier displayed was very welcoming, being that I am 800 miles away from home.
The professionalism that these to young men displayed make me want to eat at Zaxby's everyday.

Terrible service all the time. Not just this one example but many times the food is cold, the microphone is broken and they will always and I mean always park you. Even if you order fries alone. They have zero urgency and don’t mind giving you cold brown soggy fries. This has been going on for months. Don’t know who they put in charge recently , but they don’t care about the image of the business at all. Even during rush hour when you think the food has to be hot because it’s getting cooked and handed out fast, nope. Wait 15 minutes then get cold food. Every damn time. Save yourself some time and go to college park or camp creek. They have managers that care about the customers

Every time I come to this Zaxby’s after 7pm, the drive-thru wait is consistently 30–45 minutes. Going inside doesn’t help either—staff seem more focused on joking around with each other than actually helping customers. There’s no sense of urgency or professionalism. It feels like the place is being run by a group of kids who aren’t taking the job seriously.

The WORST customer service, the WORST wait time for a salad (35 mins) , the WORST exchange of food as well.. the girl almost threw the damn food at me. No “you’re welcome” after my thank you either. Did I forget to mention they forgot about me ? When I repeatedly said I’m on my lunch break. This location is unprofessional and unorganized. NEVER AGAIN.

The staff at this location is pleasant, but there can be a bit of a wait at times.

This location is more generous with their chicken portions on the salads, though. So, I would recommend in spite of the wait.

Waited 30mins for my order. Then when asked for refund manger did not want to give me my money back claiming food was coming up. Even after he said that I still waited 10 more minutes. This is ridiculous I will never visit this location again.
