Young staff that seems to be too playful for me but they move quickly and fix issues with a smile. I NEVER order at the drive through because it seems to always be slow but each time I walk in, its clean and I am able to get my order quickly.

I’ve visited this Zaxby's location before but it has never been this bad!I ordered my food through the app. I walked in and told the cashier I had a mobile order she hands me my food. I grab my food and drinks and leave. About halfway home, something tells me to check the box. My son’s dinner was missing his toast. He LOVES the toast so I turned around back to Zaxby’s. When I got back to the restaurant, I inform the cashier that I was missing my toast. She turns around and asks the kitchen member to give her a piece of toast.(HERE IS WHERE THINGS GET BAD). The kitchen member tries to hand her the toast with bare hands! She had on no gloves. Thankfully, she asked him to put it in something. He rolled his eyes asking her why she couldn’t just take it. Finally, he puts it in a sandwich bag, hands it to the cashier who hands it to me. I was a bit annoyed by his actions but I had the toast so I decided to just keep my peace and leave.Finally get home and get ready to eat. As soon as I opened up my chicken tender plate, I discovered more issues. Half of my fries were not crispy, in fact they were still mushy. My chicken tenders taste like burnt grease. SEVERELY BURNT GREASE. I ordered sauced chicken tenders but the burnt taste was overpowering. I tried calling the location, but couldn’t speak with anyone. Since I was already home, I had to just take the loss. But I will never visit this location ever again.
This place is trash. Went to the drive-thru, gave the girl my bank card, and she gave me my food but not my card back. I immediately pulled into a parking spot, went in, and retrieved my card. Shortly after, I began receiving fraud alerts on my card where someone was trying to use my card number at the nearby Walmart. Both the $90 and $400 transaction attempts were blocked, but I'm extremely disappointed at this location. What's worse is the food wasn't all that either. It is completely understandable why this location had such a low score.
