I have been there around 6X, all but one time was the service and food quality fresh. I even tried the delivery and received it an hour and a half later with cold food and missing items. Do not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone. This location and their team of degenerates are a disappointment

Nobody would take our order at 9:30PM, employees were all inside either on their phones watching and showing each other videos or talking…doors were locked as well. Makes sense why it always takes an hour to get your food!

The Varnell lneeds to be open the hours that are posted. Went there this past Saturday night @ 7:00 pm to dine in & doors were locked. There was an employee inside & he didn't even acknowledge us. Lost our business!!

I can only rate the service as we were never served. There were approximately three people working and nobody inside. The doors were locked. T was at 6:30 on a Friday evening. There was someone dressed in black in the lobby on his phone who didn't react or respond when I attempted to open the door. We were pulling a camper so could not use the drive-thru. There was no signage indicating the operation was drive thru only.

It doesn't even deserve 1 star. By far the worst wendys I've ever known. Takes 20 min to get anything that's if they are even open. It says 12am on friday and go thru at 10pm and they said they were closed. Just shut it down already!

I ate a fat juicy triple big bacon classic with a 20 pc honey bbq and a baconator fry, it was amazing!

Only car at drive thru, ordered jr cheeseburger deluxe biggie meal with coke and an extra nuggets. When I got home I had a regular cheeseburger.

Worst wendys I've ever been to. 3:00p.m on a Sunday and sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and drove around the building to the windows and never found an employee. Manager must have been off today or something. Two teenage boys came out the back door when I was at the menu, looked at me and walked right by me and got in a car. That was the only people that could be seen inside the building at all.
