First off I hate leaving bad reviews but when it's this bad I feel obligated to. Only customer in drive thru at 8 pm . To busy talking with each other to get the food out before it got cold. I'm the only one there and they couldn't remember to put sauce in my bag that I requested. COLD food SLOW service . INCOMPLETE Order.

By far the most expensive Wendy's I've ever been to. A chicken sandwich, Jr cheeseburger, and 2 fries cost $20. Now I know why the parking lot is always empty.
Me and family tried to eat inside to avoid the drive through line, 2 employees hurry in as they see us approaching and lock door behind them....its 3:30 pm. Message received and moving on...

Definitely the worst Wendy’s location in the area. The lobby is never open. It is pointless to order online for pickup because you have to get in the drive thru to get it. I tried to call to get them to open their door to give me my food and of course they didn’t answer and i saw the cook in the back laughing. What a joke of a place.

I went there on 8/15/2023 at about 6 pm.I waited at the Drive through for 10 minutes so then I went inside and they said the lobby was closed. I told then I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes and they called me a lier even the manager was there and he did not say a word worst customer service ever
