First we were parked because they didn’t have fries ready. When we got them they were definitely not freshly fried. The customer service person acted like she was not going to make it another minute. We had to go back to get Arnie’s sauce, ketchup, straws and napkins. I don’t mind paying for something but I expect to get what I pay for. Good luck to everybody else.

We get bad experience everytime we go it seems..they either don't have milkshakes or don't know how to make them or don't have the whipped cream topping or chocolate sauce or they calling you baby honey darling ...sickening so guess we'll be spending our money elsewhere

Do Go!!! Waited in line 30 mins in drive thru! The manager needs to be fired!
Ordered 2 fish sandwiches &1 large fry, hold the cheese& tartar sauce, add mayo only. They held the cheese & put a small fifty cent size squirt of tartar sauce. Bad !

Good food, Service is terrible. With 2 cars ahead of you in the drive-thru it will take you 30 minutes to get your order. Staff is at the very minimum at all times

Need to hire more people. Went for lunch and it appeared that the same young lady was running the front counter and the drive thru (during lunch rush). Waited for 15 minutes and still didn’t get to order so I left and went to another establishment. People have jobs and can’t wait 15 to 20 minutes to order their food just to wait another 10 minutes before they get the food.
