Burger king in vidalia is great, i have no bad experiences time after time. Especially compared to other fast food restaurants in town they have the best customer service and the food is always on point. I should've left this review years ago bc its always been consistent. Thank you Vidalia, GA burger king & team

Went in during the lunch rush and I can say I am throughly pleased with the wait time to receive my food, with how many people where in the lobby and drive through. The front counter cashier was very polite and the bagger was moving the front counter and drive through efficiently. I would also like to point out that the cooks were spot on. Burger was fresh fries were pippin hot AND they added ketchup and napkins to the bag automatically.

10/10 would recommend!

Honestly best place to get a burger in town. It’s not the absolute fastest place, but my order is never wrong. I’ll wait a few extra minutes for it to be right. Burgers have good taste better than anywhere else. And their onion rings are spot on. Very few places have decent fry alternatives without adding $2-5 to your meal.

Very slow and crew of Burger King doesn't have any sense of urgency. To busy gossiping and flirting to do their job. Worst experience ever with Burger King.

Employees were rude and not helpful. Need more training in customer service. We went through drive thru and they left out a burger. 6 employees standing around inside at counter and no one acknowledged me. Person who finally did was rude.

Too bad you can't give ZERO stars. This has to be the worst Burger King I have ever visited. They confused my order with a mobile order which I politely told them was not mine. After being asked to pull forward and wait, I watched 12....yes....that's 12 other drive thru customers being served, emptying the whole drive through in the process, before they came back out and offered me the mobile order that still was not mine. I requested a refund since I had spent well over 45 minutes waiting for my food. When I requested my refund, the manager came out and told me that they would get my order placed and made immediately and hoped this would rectify the situation. After telling her no and that I would not be visiting this restaurant again, she promptly turned around and said "I don't give a **** if you ever come back again or not" So much for management setting the bar and I think it safe to say this is not leadership that should be promoted or even accepted.

sept 15, 2024 & 12:40 ish the the lady at the speaker did a good job , but the girls at the windows no , they were so serious , i myself work in fast food i understand how it gets on rush hour , but dont be looking ugly smile at leastt ! didnt greet me or anything ! at the second window Jenisis or Genesis had a bad attitude!

As an employee working for burger king it is very fast and the food is always made to order I will recommend any one to work there the atmosphere is lovely and don't get me started on the managers excellent top tier shoot I love em very friendly environment

Food was sub par but the employees attitude was horrible. I went through drive thru and they told me to pull up ,however ; I wanted to add honey mustard, but I didn’t have the chance because they already slammed the window shut. When time came for my food coming out, I asked and the girl and she looked at me in a mean manner, and said why didn’t you ask me at the window, and I told her the reason and she stormed off and was talking under her breath. We waited a good 6 minutes for our honey mustard, and a whole other employee showed up and decided on giving us a lecture on when to ask for sauces and was being rude. I didn’t know we were kids that needed to be taught proper etiquette.
